Arteta to BT sport said:
"We are in the market," Arteta said.

"We are looking for some things with the resources we have and we will tell you when we have more news."
Hmm that old chestnut, there'll be less resources when they have to drop the season ticket prices (again) to reflect no European football...

Although Mustafi on Insta said would be back soon...

This entirely, I know it was only Bournemouth but he was popping long balls about like Pirlo last night, possibly one of his best games for us. Arteta is clearly having an impact on the entire team. Also the youngsters are showing Pepe up currently. Saka and Martinelli were superb, although Nketiah was pretty quiet other than his goal so can’t really knock him for that. The formation of Xhaka dropping into left back while Saka charged forward seemed to cause B’mth huge problems in the first half, but again we tried to hold on to what we had in the second half and very nearly paid for it.

If Mustafi has done his Achilles we really need to go out right now and buy someone.
I was quite amused to see Arsenal Twitter exploding over Willock starting, only for him to have a very good game from what I saw!

Yes but with our medical team he'll probably end up with it in a sling over his left shoulder and be out for the season...

Mari seems to a done deal on loan. Could be a shrewd signing, could be another Dennis Suarez. Hopefully the former!

Can't say I'm expecting too much from someone who never played a game for Man City and since has often been sent out on loan, but we shall see.

He’s a busy boy, also joining Lazio. Hope he gets sorted (and not Spuds) as he’s too good to bench warm.

Saures confirmed on loan, and currently injured, could there be a more Arsenal signing smash

I must admit he’s looked decent in the past but since Horseandhirdle has been at the saints he’s not played much.

Out of contract soon and probably has said he won't renew.

Christ that was dire, first 15-20 mins we were great but as soon as Saka got injured we just seemed to stop playing. 90 minutes of my life I won’t get back frown

Dire....but Arteta’s first job had to be to stop the leaky defence which he seems to have done. He’s now got to work on an attack which has relied heavily on Aruba and sometime Laca to dig us out.

Only the bottom two teams have won less games than Arsenal.

Watching MOTD Burley missed a few that should have been goals.

Arteta just doesn't seem like managerial material to me. It's worrying to see Arsenal just slide down the league.
