If we know throwing a missile at a player will mean 5 points docked (for example) then how many Rangers fans will go to a Celtic match and throw a missile to disadvantage Celtic and help Rangers? It just won't work!

Edited to add - PS Team names are just an example, you get the idea...
Well if the offending person is going to cost your team points, the fans could identify that person to the steward. If it turns out the person is a fan of a rival club then don’t take the points off or don’t suspend the players?

I don’t think Scottish football has enough ‘can do’ attitudes anywhere in all honesty.
Seems like an unusually naive answer from you there, simoid. rolleyes

Do you expect a judge to determine which team an offender supports?!
A judge? Not sure we’re going to court to suspend a footballer or deduct points just yet.

Perhaps it could be for the accused team to show that the offender wasn’t a fan of their team. “This person was at this match but hasn’t attended our home games before, we therefore submit that he is not a fan of our club and we shouldn’t be punished.”
Sounds a perfectly workable solution and the guilty until proven innocent seem very fair also! rofl
Yes - you’re catching on. Some call it strict liability.

There was a suggestion on SportSound last night of Clarke or McInnes part time, with Darren Fletcher full time assistant. That sort of thing might work. I can't see Clarke or McInnes packing in club management, and frankly don't see why we need a full time manager.
Wouldn’t mind Clarke as he has worked with quality players against different styles of football - although I’d question his temperament after recent interviews.

Not sure McInnes has the right sort of experience to take on international management. Success seems fairly limited and domestic only.

Well Stevie Clarke will be at Hampdump this week explaining his comments on Saturday - Maybe they'll mention the Scotland job whilst he's there.

You must be pleased with your new manager Edinburger he’s certainly got you playing better than your old one
Yep, very happy. thumbup

I was pleased when Lennon too over but that joy faded quickly. He over-stayed his welcome and there was too much nonsense and questionable tactics. Michael Stewart was recently quoted praising Hibs taking a gamble on Heckingbottom and he's absolutely right. As far as I'm concerned, he's an excellent acqusition and well done to Leeanne Dempster in securing him. All good.

Hi bookmaker, what odds on number 5 scoring the winner for Celtic in the 67th minute please?

Ha, ha, ha! Get out you nutter!

A fitting send off for Cesar and the league as good as won but the thing that worried me the most after another dismal attacking display was David Moyes looking very manager in waiting in the crowd!
I only hope is that he is up for an interview for the Scotland job.

It was a gimme before it started.

I've not watched today, but the Aberdeen fans don't seem amused at all.

They shouldn’t be - they were terrible. Went for their usual game plan of ‘frustrate and try and nick something’ but it didn’t come off today. Rangers fans actually got bored of cheering the consecutive passes at about 80 mins once the game was dead.
