The defence needs a lot of work so maybe it’s time to get in a defensive coach to help organise because if the likes of Motherwell can make us look vulnerable then god help us if we were to make it to the group stages of the CL.

It was a shocker by Hibs. Rangers absolutely deserved the win. Marciano was the only Hibs player who was entitled to hold his head high today. Strange tactics by Heckingbottom. We’re 2-1 down and of course I see why he brought Gray on but why take Horgan off? He’s one of our most creative players. And then he brings Kamberi on for our other most creative player Allan )but to be fair I heard his blood sugars were an issue and he is diabetic).
Very disappointing day. Need to brush ourselves down and start again. More doubt in Heckingbottom’s direction though.

I could kinda see the plan - wait and hopefully break with maybe 3 or 4 players. Almost caught us from a couple of corners early doors. Jack and Davis were just a bit too good in the Rangers midfield for that to happen consistently I suppose. I don’t think the changes helped at all - once the midfielders were replaced Rangers basically had free reign across the middle third.

There was never any danger of that tbh.All that was needed was a well organised defence because Celtic will score goals but the lack of any defensive strength against cute teams gets them unstuck in Europe time and time again.
Winning in Scotland does not need much defending but as I said if Motherwell can cause panic then we had big problems!

Rubbish isn't it. I think it was more down to Lennon not trusting Boli-whoever he is. Trouble is taking CalMac out of midfield exposed the defence more. No problem with Ntcham playing, but would have been fine to leave Johnson out, Forrest and Eduoard should have been perfectly capable of scoring. What was Lennon thinking?! He made some utterly baffling decisions at Hibs and left us with something like one win in 14 games. Mental how Lawell thinks he's the correct man to take Celtic forward onto the next step after Rodgers.
Bad for the co-efficient but rather funny at the same time that Celtic got papped out by a Romanian team who average less fans than Killie at home after moaning at all us diddy teams for not giving them enough competition.
