Don’t know who Hibs number 6 is but I was delighted to see that his attempt to boot the ball as hard as possible at the St Johnstone player on the ground resulted in a goal against his team.
I didn't think it was too bad. More credit to Booth for diving in to win the ball twice.

I was surprised that Stubbs thought the stamp/standing incident was intentional. I thought the movement was a natural one and there wasn't much in it.

I do agree the penalty could have easily been a red card. It wasn't a valid effort to get the ball. He was nibbling his man.

There was also a crazy offside decision for St Johnstone. It was at least 2 yards onside and it happened very slowly right in front of the linesman.

None of the wrong calls have a major significance.

Any videos of them dancing on the streets of St Johnstone tonight? The pubs will be good tonight.

Nice to see two teams with mostly home grown players rather than full of foreign imports.

If we put the xenophobia aside for a second, are there even any teams who aren’t mostly home grown? The starting 22 of last old firm game of the season was about 6 “foreign imports” if I recall correctly.

You’re probably right. I watch more EPL than SPL.

I wouldn’t say someone from the common travel area is a foreign import.

More embarrassment for Scottish football. It's one thing after another.

Do you have a point? I don’t consider someone from, for example, Berwick or Belfast a foreigner but if you do, then fair enough. I also think we’re very lucky to see such talent from around the globe grace our pitches thumbup

How many from Berwick we’re playing in the last Glasgow derby?
Your definition of “home grown” is different from mine so fair enough!

No worries - hope you’re still supporting all the foreigners in Scotland shirts next month then smile

Killie v Dundee playoff tonight.

Losing another plastic pitch from the premiership would be most welcome, but I can see Kilmarnock winning tonight and staying up. Hopefully get a decent game either way.

That's going to hit Kilmarnock hard. They won't get the support of a TV deal in the championship and won't be able to afford their players.

I think Wright will be another manager leaving on top the ones today.

I was surprised wright had a contract until '23. Loads off players out of contract though so a huge rebuild needed. They'll find it tough in the championship.
