Hopefully with accies and now killie relegated, the league will be able to push through a rule change with plastic pitches.

Intriguing, what’s your definition? Would love to know if I’m plastic.

I was surprised wright had a contract until '23. Loads off players out of contract though so a huge rebuild needed. They'll find it tough in the championship.
“ Tommy Wright will remain as Kilmarnock manager as the relegated club vowed to maintain their playing budget despite having "haemorrhaged a lot of money".”

Can’t afford to let him go, perhaps.

Cost probably has a lot to do with it. Perhaps they thought they had a better chance of promotion this year with somebody who knows the club. Lots of work to be done putting a new squad together never mind a management team too.

Assuming Fleck wasn’t in close contact with anyone? Or perhaps he was but do the rules differ in Spain/do the training camps have an exemption from usual isolation rules?

Nobody knows the rules. I'm sure they are made up as we go along.

Czech Republic and Croatia have both cancelled their Scottish camps as our rules are too strict. If the Fleck situation is being dealt with under Spanish rules the squad are still back in the UK within the incubation period. They'll still be subject to our tighter rules.

After tomorrow there's another friendly, and I assume another flight, against Luxembourg before flying home.

Clarke said Fleck brought Covid in from outside the camp. He's travelled in the plane, been in the Scotland camp for 5 days and hasn't had a close contact?

another 6 being held back/ not playing/ travelling for tonight’s warm up against holland.

it looks like fleck has to isolate for 10days or until he produces 2 negative tests (under spanish rules).

really hope this is our only ‘covid’ wobble of the tournament! buzzing for the games now, even managed to hold onto our tickets for the croatia game at hampden!!

What a mess.

Basically they are close contacts, but looking not to force self isolation periods by not officially calling them close contacts? Key players in that list too.

It's concerning it's in the camp. Even if it doesn't spread it's already hampering preparation.

Holland and sent home their number 1 goalkeeper after he tested positive too. They've ruled him out of Euro 2020. Hardly sounds like an ideal friendly when both teams are having issues.

It doesn't look too bad a team with 7 players out. McGinn will be a big loss to the team.

I'm not sure what to make of the Dutch team.

The English game on STV, but Scotland on Sky. Very fair as usual.

We neither.

Sometimes it's loose sand, other times they play some good football.

One thing is certain; we will not win the Euro's.

DeltonaS is Dutch.

It wasn't a freekick for the equaliser. He was a ref for a friendly who gave a foul for anything. I'm not convinced it was as good a finish as made out. The commentators didn't question Gordon who didn't move. It was on his side.

my bad! and no the dutch won’t win the euros if they perform like that.

Think that was a great performance by scotland, held the ball well, some creative play, not our best 11 and 2 goals. Think that was a great result to get in preparation for the euros.

and i still fancy my chances at winning £18k!!!! haha

Yes, Scotland is a well organized team.

However ball tempo of the Dutch was just too low. Which improved after the 1-2 when they changed to 4-3-3 and more urgency/energy was needed.

The 5-3-2 line-up is an experiment that should really only be used against top countries.

For us; 1/8 finals, maybe 1/4 finals, at best.

Is it too early to get carried away? I reckon this squad is up there with Ally’s Army. And I don’t mean Coisty...
