Great news for the 10 clubs that wanted fans in the stadium. Commiserations for the other 2.

All clubs voted to play the boxing day games without fans. Great that the games will be back on, teams can't hide forever. The checking of 50% of vaccine certificates is a complete waste of time and totally unnecessary in my opinion.

I’ve had my vaccine passport checked once this season and even then it was a passing glance, you could hold up a free burger coupon from McDonald’s and they would accept it.

not often that i’ll give praise to the SFA, but they’ve just released ticket details for the next round of home games/ play off for qatar. supporters club package for all 4 games £72 east/west or £92 north/ south stand. and individual games starting at £20 for adults and only £5 for a junior!!

that’s really decent value for the games and should secure big crowds and a decent atmosphere!!

I agree with this - cracking value. Hopefully attract decent crowds.

Couldn’t really tell from the highlights how good the game was, seemed to fizzle out in the second half. but the Celtic new boys looked decent. Hibs didn’t help themselves though by missing a sitter at the start though.

Celtic were very good in the first half. A lot of good play, pressing and passing. The game dropped a few gears in the second half.

Hibs were brave trying to play out from the back. It didn't really work.

Hatate looked very good. He controlled the game.

Everyone of celtics new signings looked brilliant. Ange has a serious eye for a player. Limited hibs to around 1 proper chance that I still don't understand how that never went in.

Can see what maloney is trying to do, it'll work well given time. Welcome to the fear of passing it out the back haha.

Onto tonight and my prediction is 2-2 with Aberdeen rangers. With aribo missing, I think rangers will struggle. The games iv seen, he has been the difference. Although the break came at the wrong time for Aberdeen as they was just turning performances around and finally looked like they started to click. Hopefully they keep that up tonight.

3 points in it, pressures on.

Bit of a disappointing game last night, the sitter miss was unbelievable. I hope the new signings find their stride quickly so we can get rid of liabilities like Drey Wright and Joe 'backpass' Newell mad

From the highlights Aberdeen looked unlucky tonight. Stonewall penalty not given lead directly to Haji’s tidy finish, other than that Dons seemed to have best of the chances. And not having a go, but the Rangers players are a tough watch - they all seem permanently angry, little kicks and pushes, no joy at all.

Aberdeen dominated the game and were by a margin the best team. They lacked a cutting edge. The game was scrappy with both teams trying to wind each other up. Aberdeen won that battle.

Rangers lucky to take anything as you say the penalty immediately before their goal was clear. They were lethargic and off the pace tonight. Morelos looked liked he has enjoyed the festive period.

Lots of positive comments after the first round of games. Sounds like that most games were really good and the atmospheres in the grounds very good.

St Mirren's goal was very good, but Motherwell's goal was better in my opinion.

Bad night at the office for rangers and another twist in the title race.

Thought gio got both the team selection and tactics wrong although he was limited with the players he had to choose from.

It was too frenetic a game to have started sands on and he should have went with a more beefier midfield.

Clancy should never be allowed to ref a rangers game again as he’s showed time and time again he can’t hide his bias. The only decision he got right was to not give the so called penalty before we scored.

Out with that it was down to rangers , they should have had enough to see Aberdeen off, it was only a draw but disappointing to allow Celtic to get closer.

? ... Hedges chips the ball over McGregor, who catches Hedges leg, knocking hin over and preventing him reaching the ball - Which part of that isn't a penalty?

You need to watch the clip very carefully to see why it shouldn't have been a penalty.

Look towards the middle of the screen. Look about 4.5-5 feet off the ground around about chest hight. See where it says RFC on the shirt, that's the reminder not to give a penalty. laugh

Wow even boyd said it was a clear penalty. The most biased rangers commentator at sky. To blame that draw on the ref is beyond comical. That ref litterly kept you in the game. With VAR thats a penalty and a red card.
