Yeah and to be fair you need to put yourself in the position that Spurs did (and we failed to do) this year to have the piss taken when you don't make it. Actually can't believe some of the doom and gloom on here after the season you've had.

I'm not sure I understand the whole thing about Spurs having a great season and are on the way up. League position wise, yes you have improved but points wise, 70 points would not have got you in the top 4 in 4 out of the last 5 seasons (would only get you 6th in 3 of the previous five seasons).

Only 1 point better than you have achieved 3 of the last 5 seasons (5 better than last season).

Seems the rest of the league just got worse rather than spurs really improving.

But that destroys the SKY top 4 cartel and we can't have that. I've no idea why you would think that increased money and fairer distribution throughout the league would actually raise the standard? Just because the bottom club now gets £100m and can reject the advances of the SKY elite for their best players and that the likes of Stoke can buy players from Barcelona, it doesn't mean that they've improved!

No, no, everyone has just got worse The teams are nowhere near as good as when 85 points didn't win you the league, even though you were drubbing the lesser teams 5-0 every week. It was much better when all the best players were concentrated at just a few clubs and everyone else had to make do with Championship chuggers, like La Liga. That's a proper league, where if you don't win every game 7-0 you may only come second.

This season has been awful. Everyone has been st. Especially Leicester, they were really st and only won the league because everyone else was even stter. All the games have been st. st entertainment. All the players have been st. That Harry Kane, won the Golden Boot with only 25 goals, how st is that? It used to be you needed 40 goals just to come third! He only won because everyone else was st.
