IBD?
Not exactly - I've had IBS symptoms for years, exhaustion being one. It seems to be taking over now though.jammy_basturd said:
Ah, not good. I had similar, diagnosed with Crohn's a couple of years ago now. Hope you find a way to get your symptoms under control!
Aha, that's pretty horrible. I have a friend with Crohn's. At least you have a diagnosis though, which is something. They've always been really woolly on mine. Its only now the exhaustion got more constant they're starting to call it CF. The other digestion things are mostly under control since I did the FODMAP diet last year, so I avoid certain things now. Some way from managing the CF but hopefully I'll get there, ta. Good luck with the Crohn's.Flip Martian said:

Good luck with the Crohn's.One of my biggest issues was with the exhaustion - being self employed I have to be able to get work done to get paid. In fact I found my exhaustion got worse once I started taking Azathioprine (Imuran). I've now managed to get that mostly under control with a good multi-vitamin. The supermarket stuff I didn't find that great, so now I use Holland & Barrett own brand ( this one). Used to be OK with once a day, now I have one in the morning and one with my evening meal - it's made a big difference. Not sure if you've tried multivits, but hope it helps.

Yea, it's not the best. Luckily mine is a mild case so at the moment there's no talk of surgery. I'm just about keeping it under control with meds and diet - like you I use the FODMAP diet and generally cut out any wheat, gluten, dairy, fruit and veg. There are exceptions, but they are few and far between.

Yeah what I can eat does tend to vary but I cut out gluten and lactose, plus other daft things that set me off like garlic and onion. I've just started on an organic multi vit after reading the artificial ones aren't the best to take. I'll bookmark this one though in case I don't notice any improvement with the ones I've just started (which cost 3 times more) after a month. No doubt not taking in all the right nutrients will set off the exhaustion. Don't think its the only thing but it can't hurt. Cheers for that. Yea, it definitely takes a lot of trial and error and it's also definitely personal - it's just a case of finding what works for you. The only other tip I can think of is that at the beginning of May I had a flare that I really struggled to get under control. I turned to CBD Oil from CBD Brothers (they sell on Amazon) and it was immensely helpful in getting me out of the flare and back on track.
Interesting, not heard of that one before. Interesting that you CAN be self employed and suffer from the exhaustion thing. CF is knocking me flat now for most of the last month and the GP signed me off for a month to try and get through this latest bout. I'm positive I'll get it under control eventually.

We have Flannagan, Gomez and of course Moreno still.
Aren't we supposed to be looking to loan out Flanagan though? That's what was being said last week.21 million for Ibe and Smith now.

With us just selling Brad Smith for 6 million I'd have thought that might put an end to Flann being loaned out.

You'd think so, definitely - UNLESS...we have some great signing about to happen that's been kept quiet. Can't see it though - I reckon Flanno will stay put.21 million for Ibe and Smith now.
Flanno needs regular 1st team game time. Not sat on the bench. Plus in my opinion you need to play players in their natural position. Flanno is a RB. Not a RB that should be playing LB. Personally I would take the loan if I was him; but be able to be recalled at any point. We definitely need a replacement for Moreno and with no date set for Gomez's return (who also made a few mistakes at LB due to inexperience plus is right-footed if memory serves me well) think we should definitely get someone of quality in there preferably left-footed and is also a genuine LB. Dont know too much of Chilwell but sounds like another inexperienced 'gamble' to me given he played zero league games for Leicester last season.

Apparently loanees can't be recalled anymore - that's 1 reason why we bought Manninger as 3rd choice - we can't recall the 2 goalies we're sending out on loan. Seems like Chilwell is signing a new deal at Leicester, so it won't be him, anyway (if we do sign anyone).Turquoise said:

I think we'll sell Moreno.
There's no talk of that whatsoever. He's staying and another LB will be brought in as competition.Personally I'd be happy with an upgrade to left back if we were to make one more signing. If there was 2 more signings then a central midfielder like Medel would be perfect. Particularly if we sell Lucas and Allen.
Klopp's team is taking shape.
