The squad is getting big, surely we need to offload Sakho?

Evo irrespective of our performance, he shouldn't have been on the pitch.Taylor bottled it pure and simple, same with Kante. They should have played the last 15 with 9 men.
Kante got a soft 1st card but Costa yes, new rules 1st yellow had to have it and bad foul on Adrian was a 2nd yellow. Simple. Ref bottled it! RichB said:

How do you know he bottled it? Maybe at a glance it didn't look that bad. Having seen 9 replays from 9 different angles, of course it was a yellow...at least. But in real time when I was watching, I thought it was something and nothing. You don't know he bottled it, maybe he just got it wrong.
It didn't have to look that bad to be a yellow, let alone the fact it was on other days quite possibly a straight red being halfway up his shin. If you look how late it was,(and I mean in real time)the only possible conclusion you could draw was that Taylor was aware it would mean a second yellow.... Same went for Kante.

I don't agree. When I was watching it I didn't even think he'd touched the goalie. I thought the goalie had made a meal of it. Replays obviously showed otherwise.People are very quick to say the ref's a cheat, he bottled it, etc. I sometimes make mistakes at work. I'm not a cheat or a bottler. Sometimes I just make the wrong decision.

We will agree to disagree.
I'd bet my house that if Costa and Kante didn't already have yellows, they would have got one for those challenges. So to make the same mistake twice, it's either incompetence or a choice.Either way, it's done now.
