Antonio, Carroll, Fernandes, Reid, Cresswell and Obiang are in that category too.

Trust me, their lack of application on the pitch and in training has been noted, along with several of the above having poor attitudes and thinking they don't need to put the effort in anymore as they have 'made it'.

I liked Bilic, but it was time for him to go unfortunately. I do not like the owners that much, We dont seem to spend to the same level as clubs around us. We seem to mess other teams and players about in transfer windows.

Am i happy with Moyes? No.
Will i be Happy with Moyes if he turns the club around and gets us out of this rut? Yes.

On paper, we have a good squad, not great. not bad, but good. We should be doing better. We should be running, winning more balls and games.

Hoping we can turn this around. Can WH afford to have a 65k seater stadium in the championship?

You only pay about £2.50 a year for it, don't you?

If someone offers you a laferrari for the price of a Fiesta 1.1 popular, you wouldnt think twice. On reflection though, i wish we had the money to do it properly and build a new stadium like Spurs/Arsenal... But the dildo twins do not like to part with their money

Oh well

Antonio has had an odd attitude this season, culminating in an early season interview I saw where he came over a bit arrogant.
Can't fault the effort of Carroll on the pitch ( but it's bloody frustrating when he busts a gut to get back and defend in our box, but
doesn't stretch every sinew to make it in to the opposition one). However, his off-field application does apparently leave a bit to be desired, according to Sullivan who I chatted to in a opticians in Epping High street!
Fernandes does nothing for me, zero influence on any part of the pitch, doesn't want to put a foot in and generally hides when the heats on.
Personally can't fault Reids effort, looks like he really cares and the fact that he overtook everyone chasing back for Liverpools first goal despite being virtually on the six yard box when they broke is all good by me.
Cresswell never been the same player since his injury last season, bottle tackles, won't do more than a 5 yard pass, which always has to be one way because he's so ridiculously one footed.
Obiang on his day is top class, just doesn't have anywhere near enough of them ,and can often look uninterested at times.

You have it spot on. Reid, and to some extent Obiang...their issues are on the training pitch, and Fernandes really needs time in the dev squad to, err, shall we say 'ground' him.

Cresswell is a busted flush, his injury ruined his confidence...needs to move on to rebuild his career tbh, and that saddens me as he was a revelation when we first signed him.

Antonio is the ultimate billy big balls...not surprised Noble went for him at Parlarse...frankly, I would have done the same. He needs to remember where he has come from and what made him get where he is today (hard work, application and focus...his talent is pretty limited) and start doing things properly again.

Carroll (and Hart)...off field stuff...no problems with anyone having a drink or two, but they need to remember they are highly paid professional sports people.

I’m currently in a queue of 350 outside the new hammers shop in Basildon, so I can get my lads birthday card signed by Ogg,Zab and Martinez..( Carroll meant to be here but his wife is due to give birth and he’ll be high as a kite by now on the gas no doubt).
I kid you not they are selling cheap printed pics of the attending players here for £5 a pop, some families have 4 kids here.... The most the club can make for this snidey little effort is £1750 ( that’s if everyone falls for it )... is there nothing this cub won’t to to squeeze every last fking penny out if it’s fans FFS???

Shame they used "Nine" rather than "9".

Off to watch former Iron, Paul Konchesky, playing for Billericay this evening.

Wolf 9 is a bloody Belgian beer FFS!
If you haven't got tickets already, best get down there pronto, rumours it will be sold out by 6.45-7 ish

Disappointing result, Billericay didn't turn up & were well beaten 3-1.

3.4k sell-out though so doing something right.

Quite excited for this afternoon.
Not expecting loads, or a particularly great result (a few missing today as well),but interested to see if there really is a change in effort levels and organisation.
