To be honest he is going to be an upgrade on Edmilson or Kouyate, nothing spectacular but an English player who wont go on strike wanting to go back to his homeland who will just do an honest graft in the midfield whilst Lanzini etc. can go about their business - not the best if it is true, but certainly could have been worse.

I worry more about his ineptitude and awful and aggressive attitude. But, as always, I'll keep an open mind if/when he does sign.BrabusMog said:

Agreed. And there's no Snodgrass as we're not allowed to recall him.

He won't be cheap in terms of wages and I think you're both mistaken in terms of "honest graft" but, as I said, happy to be proven wrong.

Doubt he's got any interest in returning (even if we could recall) after the boards recent comments. And there's no Snodgrass as we're not allowed to recall him.

Still no comments or mentions at all on all the west ham gossip sites on the net of Shelvey?
Sad thing is that at the moment the key central midfielder is Noble who at the start of the season was seen as finished, just shows what we have as options in there.
I'm not going to every game like I used to, but, from what I see, Noble is firing on all cylinders. Like he always does. People are very fickle when it comes to footballers nowadays...Sad thing is that at the moment the key central midfielder is Noble who at the start of the season was seen as finished, just shows what we have as options in there.

I think some of the criticism was fair, he was well off the pace for some time but seems to have sparked back given the deficiencies of others around him. Still gets booked each game though! Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
