Be careful chaps, there could be a bit of credibility to some of this - why was Mourinho at the recent Austria Russia game?
Commentating for Russki TV.

Doesn't look like he is doing much commentary, unless they have sneakily put in some random photo of him at another game https://www.givemesport.com/1325055-the-player-jos...

Bloody hell. Out for the whole season some are saying.
I don’t suppose anybody really knows yet. Do we get compensation in these situations?

Reminds me of Dean Ashton.

I don't know for sure but I would imagine there is some insurance?

Reports are a ruptured anterior knee ligament.

If true that's anywhere from 6 to 12 months out.

Hopefully he'll be back in time to help us stay up next season.

Didn't think it was bad thing for us 'til I realised he was out til then.
The situation couldn't be more West Ham if it tried.
Other than signing Kieron Dyer as his replacement

Would be good if we can get him back some time after christmas. But again why always us? It's just ridiculous.

Danny Dyer would be more effective. Caaaant.

Have a look at the injury list for us last season, at one point literally 2/3rds of the first team out with long term injuries - Collins, Reid, Ogbonna, Lanzini, Arnie missed 5 weeks, Carroll, Antonio just to name a few.

It’s a bit different when you just replace them with another 50 million quid player from the bench though.

Given the size & quality of your squad don’t expect too much sympathy over here.

Yes, sorry I didn’t mean it in that way. To be honest it wasn’t a point scoring exercise in who’s had the most injuries. It was more meant in support than anything. We’ve had some horrendous bad luck with them not unlike you as you say. I can see why you have misinterpreted my quote. Apologies again.

Could be bks but reading that the West Ham medicos are saying Lanzinis has "the worst injury they've ever seen" and he'll be out for a year.
If that's true it must be bad, we've had more people injured than your average WW1 infantry regiment.

It certainly doesn't sound good. Fingers crossed that we might see something of him towards the end of next season & that it's not a complete career ending one as per Ashton, Collision etc. etc. Important thing's that he's not rushed back - another signing therefore needed.

See that we've appointed a new head of medical now; hopefully he'll have ideas a bit more modern than leeches, a bottle of rum & a blunt saw though.
