We've managed one draw in four years & lost the last 10 games in a row.

Form notwithstanding I'm not confident.

How did Gundogan not get a yellow for the blatant shirt pull?!

Cheers Anotonio - had him as first scorer on Bet365 and also on the Greene King app so he's won me cash and a free pint of Stella!

A point against City never a bad result but can't help feel the referee was very favourable to City.

City lucky not to concede a penalty fouling Antonio and Gundogan escaping a yellow for a blatant shirt pull

Well done lads - good result, didn't think we'd get eight points from those fixtures.

Hope Antonio's OK after coming off.

Would be out on the smash in town following that result if we'd been allowed at the ground rolleyes

COYI!!!

Think I said it the other day but it would be typical of us to have a decent season when we can't actually go and see it laugh Hasn't stopped me and a few pals from having a boozy afternoon though beer

A decent result but it demonstrates how tight it at this early stage in the season, a win and we'd be 3rd, as it is we're 10th whistle

You did & it would, classic WHUFC. Today with an early KO, being a Saturday, an overhead kick & not losing = decent day (the trains are even running) .

As I'm in Essex the pub-boozing's not an option at the moment banghead

Glad the difficult fixtures are done. Nice easy visit to Anfield next week.

Hopefully Agent Adrian will still be in goal.

Danger will be rushing him back though if there's an issue - as has happened in the past & causing a longer problem.

Free hit next week, Nov's games are all against sides that we should be looking to get results against - if he's (MA) not 100% then don't risk IMO.

I didn't see this live and am only watching the recording now. I must say, all the fuss about a possible handball was shown to be unnecessary with the close up at half time. I also agreed with Joe Cole that Antonio was brought down, regardless that Edison collected the ball moments later. I guess I mustn't grumble given that we've been thrashed by City every time in recent years but it does rankle a bit.

Pretty much this but let’s also not get too ahead of ourselves biggrin

My hair-trigger's been knocked into 'unusually optomistic'. Blame it on the Baltika I'm drinking.

World's a funny place @ moment, especially E London.

Reckon we're also (already) in the running for two of the goals of the season & Antonio the league's form striker.

He wasn't today as Alison was back.....could be a tough ask I suspect but stranger things have happened this year.
