Really disliked Big Sam as a person - I always remember how he tried to suck up to Fergie by having constantly have a go at Rafa - well Rafa has had the last laugh !!!!!!!

By relegating Newcastle?Still...we will see Alardyce in the prem again. Always space for a useless manager to replace another useless manager.

The whole situation is laughable and the FA come out of this worse than Allardyce. How an organisation in charge of the national game can be run so consistently badly is beyond me.
As for Allardyce, as I mentioned in a previous post I have little sympathy for him. You can't talk about circumventing your employer's regulations and expect no consequences, and while it's one thing to discuss making money on the side from talks or books when you're in charge of a successful team and have built up a track record of winning things consistently, when you start hawking yourself around before you've even picked your first squad...don't expect much sympathy from anyone. I think the general lack of media support for him over this tells you how he was regarded in the game.

Hopefully the FA will throw a kings ransom & hire Klopp ,
Everyone loves him & he's doing far too well at that awful club.
How well do you think Klopp's methods would work with an international set-up? His sides seem to be all about teamwork and organisation and a level of fitness which is found after a lot of time on the training ground. Everyone loves him & he's doing far too well at that awful club.
I don't know if this is achievable with the limited time you get with the players at international level. There's not a lot of English players playing for similar coaches, apart from a few at Tottenham (and obviously Liverpool, but he wouldn't be there anymore).
