Predictions for tonight chaps?

I'm going with a tight game with us edging it 1-0. Rashford getting it in the 83rd minute biggrin

I wish. It depends on how tight we can keep it and for how long. If we don't concede too early, I think we might have a chance on the counter (their poor defence and our pace), but if Citeh score early, it'll be a very different game.

I'm in the it's too tight to call camp. Want to win, of course, but if we avoid defeat I won't be too upset. Our team should be fairly predictable, given the injuries, but then we probably have a very good idea about theirs and I'm sure JM has a plan in place for it, just as with Chelsea.

Can't see it being a goal fest, but compulsive viewing. Just hope the ref doesn't decide it.

I think we may try to trouble City with pace early on.

If we score early, we will sit back and draw 1-1. If we dont score before half time, we may nick it 1-0.

I would give those two possibilities about an equal likelihood, totalling about 50%.

I am a bit afraid of City, though, since seeing them make fools of us at Old Trafford (for the first 30 mins). We are a better side, now, though, so I think it will be a close game.

Bookies do not fancy Utd, that's for sure! Strange given recent form, but I think they weigh home advantage highly.

hard to see United getting a result with so many key injuries,it will take an inspired tactics from jose .
On the other hand with their defence you have half a chance.

I'm quietly confident. Don't care on the score line a win would be fantastic! We can do it!

I'd play Jesse ahead of Miki or Martial. Better understanding with Rash, and better defensive cover.

I think he might be a tad more defensive (hope i'm wrong). Sort of a 3-5-2 type setup with Marcus and Jesse doing all the work up front. Not sure this is the sort of game he trusts Shaw & Mkhi for yet, where Young seems to give him the hard work he wants.

Surely with the injuries we have there's not actually that much choice anyway!

I'm not sure why that comment deserves a rofl. Jose has barely ever played kids while having the best academy side in the country.

Look at his record. Let's see what happens after he spends another 150-200 mil over the summer which players lose out.

Rashford getting boo'd? Assume it's because he's a decent lad from Manchester for United rather than anything he's done?
