Not so much when you consider Mike, Jones and Rojo's injuries tend to have been sustained in full-blooded challenges
Rojo yes, wasn't meaning him, but Mike and Phil I'm not so sure. Jones seems to be able to get injured standing still and Smalling has a patchy record too - even so it doesn't matter how they are getting injured, it's just happening too often to be just bad luck. They aren't much use to us not fit, and even JM seems to think they could be pushing themselves more (and the people around them).

There's not one striker in the world who wouldn't have gone down in that scenario. Not good to see but that's how it is.

Ok, maybe you're right about Jones. Hardly ever been fit and never been first choice. A waste of a squad number. Smalling was great last season though. If he could regain that form I'll let him stay smile

If this result stays the same you know it will be cheating man utd all over, but you are right. It's hardly like we have exclusivity on this - and when you consider the amount of penalties and bad decisions that have gone against us, one going our way doesn't hurt. It's not right of Marcus to do it, and hopefully it's not something we see a lot, but blaming him for something that is endemic in the game is missing the point.

Video tech can't come soon enough.

^^ laugh

Why the black armbands today? Is it because of that electrocution tragedy that happened in Nigeria?

FFS! Sell 'em all I tell thee...
Now, what do all those who believe United have not been unlucky say now?
Think we'll have Mickey and Mata at CB by the end of the season.

Literally unbelievable. Do we have a mole in the coaching staff? Someone is making our CBs frail beyond belief. It's not hard to make a player robust, so someone needs the sack!

So just to clarify, Young, Valencia, Carrick and Darnian is our back line?

That's like 3/4 of our midfield from about 5-6 years ago!

Rooney ffs , the main thing you have to do against Swansea is stop siggurdson having a free kick 20 yards from goal ,needless foul.

Read the first half, watched the second.. we were st right?

First touch was shocking, pass decision was shocking.

Cracking free kick though!

story of the season. simply not good enough in games when it really has mattered. We can blame Rooney, his stupid error for their goal and also missing our best chance, but really thats not it. We just weren't at the races today - the injuries and number of games are making themselves felt, and the players coming in just aren't good enough any more.

Focus on EL now, because league isn't happening unless Pool totally feck it up in their 4 games remaining and they really should be fresh enough not to having barely played of late.

The Theatre of Draws. Huffed and puffed to no avail. Micky and Martial have totally gone off the boil for me. Jesse had a really poor game too. Blind had a great game.

Phew , he went 61 minutes for the clean sheet & 6 big points on the fantasy .

Another turgid Jose showing.

At least everyone's happy with it in here .
