Rashford has been pushed and kicked all game and barely got a single free kick.
Chump in the yellow shirt hasn't seen any of it!

Don't think the hoof it up field to Rashford has worked.

I'd say more like we've not let them play. Good high energy performance, nobody shirking and while we've not played through them too effectively, we've kept pressing and denying them space and time.

Neither has hoofing it to Fellani, despite everyone banging on about his height.

I really don't get all the praise for him here.

Love Romero.

That smug "I got it" look smile

If Dave moves this summer, we'll be absolutely fine.

Lingard did really poorly there - you've got to hit it early if you know there's a CB at your back.

I think we've made Ajax look blunt through determined defending and sound positioning.

He has limitations and at times been very poor in games but I think the second half of the season he has been improving. Defo gives you an option up front to help clear your lines.

Get in. What a season....2 cups and a champion league place. Everyone moaning at Jose, but he has done the business this season, and showed how much it meant to him at the end with his son.

Love United.

Ajax were nervous in the first 30min., numb. Which played in the hands of United, a lucky goal on top of it and it became the perfect recipe for a typical Mourinho game, parking the bus and long balls.

Wow, finally we get it right like that. Talk about perfect timing. You can see how much it meant to them all, just delighted.

They all did well, yes it's not a style we want ultimately but it got the job done - finals are for winning, not for showing off.

For all the criticism Fella and Darmian have had this season, tonight surely shows why they have been getting game time. Smalling too, thought he was great tonight.

It's turning, boys, the ship is turning.

Credit to Ajax too, if they could keep this team together they could be immense in a few years. Couldn't deal with the tactics tonight though - Mou earned this one.

Says a lot about our season just how many sets of crutches are on the pitch right now.

Congratulations. That has to be the most average, uninspiring, two trophy season on record.

hehe

Still, I'm pleased for you and Manchester.

Bet we have an official crutch partner. That'll be paying back in spades now tongue out

Haha.....you just can't let it go. Just this once. Jose played the perfect game, and tactically he got us spot on. Ajax offered nothing in the end and we always had the threat with pace upfront.

4 finals for Jose and 4 wins. Not a bad stat.

The only positive is the win. Chronic game of football.

If you can't see that was a brilliant game for tactics and doing what's needed, must have done a lot of homework, Ajax had nothing.
