I guess we won't be seeing London424 or Sparky. Well done the Arse.
Why on earth would I be commenting on a Chelsea v Arsenal game?

Who do you think I support?
My apologies. I though you were a Chelski fan. But the day must have been even worse for you. No trophies and watching Arse show you how to win at Wembley eek

Can't understand why any Arsenal fans would want him to stay.

He may now be a record FA Cup winner - but this has largely been driven by poor league and European performance.

The club will continue to struggle whilst he's in charge - we sacked LvG for delivering what Wenger has delivered this season.

Nope. Likely means Arsene will continue which means that they will continue to perform as per usual. Gives Spurs a chance. With the resources they have they should be challenging for the league every year.

WTF are you talking about confused

You're saying that La Liga is an exciting prospect because Real Madrid win the CL? Or the Bundesliga or Serie A because Bayern and Juve get to the final? Is that what you think? What possible relevance is that to someone playing for Athletico Bilbao or Malaga or Real Betis or Werder Bremen or Schalke or Mainz or Chievo or Lazio?

"I think I'll sign for Empoli rather than Man United, because Juve got to the CL final...."

The only thing that you have educated me with is that you can't tell the difference between "Real Madrid" and "La Liga" and that you're an idiot.
Simply because any decent player will not be going to Empoli, rather one of the teams in one of the leagues which has a chance of achieving something on the top stage. I suppose they could join Leicester, as they were the only English team to give a good showing last season.
If you think decent players are going to come here for the top European honours rather than the money pure and simple then you are deluded. The quality isn't high enough. No need for the PH style insults though, having a bad BH weekend?

Fair comment, I didn't realise he was Spursy but that would explain the anger.

I think Lvg was sacked for delivering football that involved going backwards and sideways and anything other than forward .

You can keep that worthington/milk or whatever it's called thing, I'd rather be challenging for the title TBH.

Err no, as you can see if you read back I was justifying my opinion why Bernardo could be the best signature that the league gets this year and then I'm set upon because I explain that the division might not be an exciting prospect in terms of top honours for the top drawer players. I wondered why he was so angry, that's all.
I'm not the only one here who thinks the Prem is of a low quality still.....not talking competitive or entertainment here.
So in answer to your question, no I am not st stirring.

I'd rather win trophies than nearly win one every few years. Wouldn't you?

It's not a title challenge if nobody, including your own fans, thinks you might win it. Nobody though Spurs would win the league.

Well for the last two years we have been the only team that has come anywhere near challenging.

No doubt you will spend another kings ransom in the summer to hang onto the whatever it's called reserve team/ academy cup.

But have you won anything, I mean anything at all?

In the last two years, we've been st apparently and won the following;

FA cup
"Milk" cup
Europa league
Charity shield.

How long will you continue to nearly win something? Nearly something looks like this. Always will.

As I have said before, no fan can look down any trophy unless his side has won much bigger trophies recently. We can quibble over what 'recently' means, but it certainly doesn't apply to Spurs!

Insults? Following your condescending post? You still haven't explained, sorry, educated what the national league has to do with anything, at all? There is only one team in Germany capable of winning the CL, one team in Italy and 2 in Spain. So please explain what possible draw the Bundesliga, Serie A or La Liga is if you are not playing for Barca, Real, Bayern or Juve? How is signing for Sevilla more attractive than United, City, Liverpool or Arsenal, simply because Real Madrid are CL winners? There is no relevance or logic whatsoever.

If I'm deluded, you're utterly moronic.

There are at least 10 European teams equipped to go further in the CL than say Spurs for example so why would top players come here apart from for the money. There is more chance of joining PSG, Porto Besiktas etc. and getting at least in the window for the top table. How many players do we export, and why? Lack of quality, that's what. We have maybe 3 world class players in this country.

You need to wait until the dust has settled from the FA Cup final before you come back, there is a vein popping out of your brow angry man.

Agreed. It's money. If they solely wanted to win the CL they'd be hoping to play for RM, Barca, BM etc.
Talk of players more attracted to the clubs more than money just cos of CL football is nonsense. As long as they're being paid silly money and not in stoke they're happy.
