I see Zlatan's got Rooney's No.10 shirt.
That's gonna be way too big!

Is that why you're called rent boys?

I set that up so even you couldn't miss from 6 yards.

Except we all know that's not the reason

Commercially convenient too, even if Zlatan doesn't play a single match all season,

I'm sure the Glazers have done their maths.

Hey, c'mon now, think of all the deplorables that need to go out and buy a new shirt.....

Pretty chuffed with that CL draw, feel for Spurs and Chelsea - I think Spurs will struggle (and understandably so).

I'm hoping Jose takes the LC seriously again this year, it might be a 'tinpot' cup, but every trophy counts smile

I'm expecting a 2nd XI to be played, but with expectations of having a decent run. It's a while before we enter it isn't it? I thought CL teams get a pass for the first few rounds.

Nice one, earlier than I expected to be honest.

Here's what i'd like to see for the LC

Starting XI

Romero, Tuanzebe, Smalling, Lindelof, Shaw, Carrick, Herrera, Pereira, Lingard, Martial, Rashford

Subs

Pereira, Darmian, Carrick, Gomes, Mctominay, Young (assuming he's fit), Lukaku (just in case!)

There is no way Mourinho will bother with the LC this season. Nobody that has a chance in Europe or a punt at the top six will bother either, so I couldn't blame him.

No way I would play Rashford in the League Cup. We have bigger fish to fry this season, and he's our most important runner.

Fair point, I didn't consider it from that POV.

Have to say i'm a little nervous about Leicester tomorrow, it'll be a bigger test than the previous 2 teams thats for sure.

True actually.

Maybe Young on the left and Martial up front?

Same starting 11 tomorrow?

Must say I didn't expect to see Jones part of the regular starters in defence.
