Excellent start!

Those efforts are either worldies or the ball ends up in someones garden down the road.

We look pretty relaxed today - playing OK, but not very energetic.

It would be nice to see Mikky hold onto the ball a bit better. He's class. And I love his direct style. But he does lose the ball an awful lot!

He's been pretty poor for 90% of most games. Rash hasn't been great either. A bit too relaxed for my liking. Another goal would be good and then they can relax.

Yep we need to look a bit more lively, maybe the crowd will wake up then. It sounds better than previous games though?

Subs will bring the goals, that's the pattern for the season. We will need another though, due to the inevitable Sigurdsson set piece goal in the 90th minute.

Lukaku has missed a couple of sitters, you should really be out of sight by now.

Our Decision making around the penalty area is shocking .
Finishing from both teams is woeful.

Flattering score line ,lots of chances but more due to poor defending than good play.
But playing bad and winning ..that's the difference between challenging for titles and not.

Flattering. Could have gone either way before that mistake by them. Strong finish though.

We like the 4-0 scorelines.

Exactly the same points, goal difference and scored / conceded as City.

Yeah, we were lucky there and certainly not 4 goals better on performance. I was surprised Gana was taken off, I thought he was doing really well for them in midfield and that seemed to me to be the turning point. We missed Pogba big time in there today, would have preferred to see Herrera come on 20 minutes sooner the way the game was going.

Behind City now in second place...due to Alphabetical order. Christ imagine if it came down to that at the end of the season.. Can we change our name to Manchester Aardvark United, just in case? I'm sure Ed could wangle some sponsorship deal out of it somehow.

I think it comes down to head to head results doesn't it?

If it does that'll be no problem after we smash them 20-3 over the two games. biggrin

City or United, looks like the title is Manchester bound this season.

Think I'll divert my interest to Bake Off.
