I do like Lingard. Ok he might not be the most gifted player, but on his day can be quality and score some good goals. He is also very quick and is very clever with his runs to stretch play, and has a good understanding with Rashford.

Martial looks unreal at times. Last year he seemed to lack effort, but you can see he has is hunger back and good thing is even if he is coming on as sub he is getting goals. Just a balancing act now with Martial, Lukaku, Mata, Mickey, Rashford, Lingard and Pogba on rotation so they all get plenty of game time.

Lingard looked beat last night after 80 mins, he pulled up at one point and looked like he was going to puke. Not sure what his stats were but he must have covered some ground.

Bit bitey today Keyser you ok ?

I was simply pointing out that not so long ago an opinion of him was far from this - from an outsider watching him bit like Ascay I have always thought he was a very very good player and with the right direction would become the player you invested in ---

Can you not have a conversation these days ?

Let's have a conversation about when the Scousers are next going to win the league. Both the one at the end of a season, when one (I was going to say you, but changed my mind to make it a more accurate statement) gets a trophy, and at the start of the season when the most deluded fans decided this is their season.

Would be great if you could kick us off please.

How on earth am I going to be able to tell you when we will win the league? i for one have nerve said we will but if it gives you a buzz to keep saying the old 'its their year' saying then crack on Alpine
I for one said in the Liverpool thread we should be going for ALL trophies - (after the Leicester result)

Costa to Athletico clears the way for Griezman to us.

Happy days.

Might sound daft but....do we really need Griezman? Miki is a perfect No.10, as is Mata and we already have Lukaku, Rashford and Ibra up top!

Wondered people's thoughts on Rashford? Looks like he is going to be a heck of a player to me and really knows where the net is. Seems to be well managed and not do anything stupid socially yet either so hopefully a great player for England.... but rubbish against the Saints please

Not a natural finisher to me, not in the vein of say Robby fowler .Tremendous talent but prone to very poor decision making around penalty area. With good coaching and top players to learn from he has a great chance to be a great player.
Bit too easily knocked off ball when he has his back to goal as well, but that is easily sorted.

Rashford isn't a great finisher by any stretch of the imagination, but he is second only to Pogba in the whole PL in terms of raw ability.

Laugh it up. Easier than proposing someone you think has more talent (clue: there is nobody).

If you just take the blinkers off for a moment & think about it.

If you had to name a best premiership Xl then Pogba would possibly make the bench & Rashford would be few more places down the list.

The only clueless one is you old boy.

Note: I didn't say 'best'; I referred to raw ability and talent.
In any case, Pogba would be the first name on the team sheet for my best of PL 11.

Obviously ,his penis is actually 30 inches.

On a serious note anyone else notice how shaw looked like an 8 year old playing football for the first time ? When he came on he clearly had no idea of where he should be ,it was astonishing to watch and not in a good way.
