Another good Ashley Young cross.
I thought the same. He might just be worth playing.

I've been watching The World's Best First 11 against West Ham, and they have been brutally average. WH will feel unlucky not to nick a point.
Every post you mentioned Spurs , to an innocent bystander you could well be mistaken for a Londoner .

He's not a defender, yet I'd play him ahead of Darmian or Shaw. And Blind against the quicker sides. Valencia gets in as a better defender, but his service is awful. And Young has proved that Luka will thrive off good crosses.

Very poor performance. I'd take Mata off. He's been pretty poor and would suit us to have a quicker player on the counter.

Comfortable 1 - 0 win for United, despite not being at their fluent best.

They would have lost or drawn that game last season.

Classic championship winning performance.

Very ugly win. But, a win.

Hard to be remotely positive. Why not just try to win the game properly rather than sit back and hope for the best? Hardly builds confidence in the players.

Looks like quite a few more quotes for Ascayman to prove his point today!

Walker?! Eriksen?! Definitely just your opinion, and a bloody stupid one at that. You've also picked 5 attacking midfielders.
Nothing wrong with that. It's going to work for us this season! No need for a defence!

No need to what you can say just look at the last 10 posts, hehe

Although of course that is completely out of context and just you selectively quoting? wink

No I imagined it all. Man utd are fantastic and are playing great football. It's just like watching Brazil.

So it's business as usual then... abysmal standard of football, scrappy goal and relying on the donut thief to get anything from the game.

Don't panic, I reckon it'll only take another quarter of billion pounds (on top of the half a billion already spent) for utd to be there or thereabouts.

Can't believe you're saying this. Have you never seen a Mourinho team before? We've said exactly this for 6 seasons at Chelsea.

I think that's a bit unfair. He's been one of our most consistently good, if not exciting players. Pog played against Stoke and we were truly awful in that game. We've been inconsistent this season in terms of performance. The worry is that away from home, we've been hanging on against relatively poor teams (Stoke and Soton), who could easily have beaten us.

But let's put it into perspective, we're unbeaten, and only one team has scored against us in the league.
