Only if they get a 39m refund. He is bang average.
The amount of players you say are bang average is hilarious - i remember you having wet dreams over certain (named) players who are st Whether you think Walker is bang average or not - he will excel in Peps team and 40m will be cheap as he will help them win the title - in a defensive minded team I would agree, you wouldnt pay it, but Pep uses him more or less as a winger who can do a bit of defending if needed - he is perfect for that.

No, he isnt. I dont buy this excitement about players that are neither good full-backs nor good wingers but very poor versions of both. A full-back that cannot defend is a liability (and KW cannot defend), and a winger that cannot play is a waste of a place (and KW cannot play). FBs are the most overrated players in the modern game, by a country mile.Whether you think Walker is bang average or not - he will excel in Peps team and 40m will be cheap as he will help them win the title - in a defensive minded team I would agree, you wouldnt pay it, but Pep uses him more or less as a winger who can do a bit of defending if needed - he is perfect for that.
We have long experience of playing a fast and moderately talented player at FB (Valencia). He has more in his game than KW and is still not really good enough.

If that's right, it's sheer madness. Although you could argue that if Jose had turned up to Benfica games to watch him, he still wouldn't have seen him play ....
I said from the very first friendly he played that he didn't look great.I hope I'm proved wrong and he settles and turns out to be a good player, I just can't see it at the minute.

I thought that was number 10's Basically if you are not Pogba/ADM/IBRA/DEPAY you are a waster of space - average, or fat

We can say what we want on here but he's a big investment and it's important for his sake that match going fans don't get on his back. The raw ingredients are there. There's no better set of fans in my opinion for getting behind the players. He needs us now.
Fully agree, at the match we have one job - support. I know options are limited but do think he needs to be taken out of the firing line the same as Mhki last year. It worked for him (for a while) when he came back in. He needs the spotlight off him a little and people need to chill out. He'll make mistakes, generally defenders do make mistakes it's how forwards often get goals. There's a footballer in there and I like that. Stones came under massive criticism recently but that seems to have died down now. Give him time.

Wouldn't disagree if you play 4-4-2. Nobody plays 4-4-2 now though.

quite, he will play mostly forward which is is very good at as his pace is electrifying and he gets in and behind constantly - if he needs to get back and defend he can - is he the best WB in the world at defending is he fk - but will he benefit City greatly , Yes he willNobody plays 4-4-2 now though.
We can all see he is average at defending when he plays for england, but this is about getting players in the team that fit a system , not necessarily a team of 11 Pogbas' which I think ORD would have

Of course I would. Well, 10.
10 Pogbas would be the best outfield team in the world by some distance. The same is true of any world class CM. They are best versions of the best type of player.
And thats why you were so far wide of the mark last year with all your predictions - football is not played on a pc 10 Pogbas would be the best outfield team in the world by some distance. The same is true of any world class CM. They are best versions of the best type of player.
