Couldn't agree more, he must have known by going there he would be all but cutting all ties with Liverpool and their support. He was my first hero. Can't forgive him. Torres on the other hand is back in my good books for no particular reason other than I'm getting over him leaving, as he didn't go there.

Owen going to Utd doesn't really bother me, he was well past his best and is never going to be remembered by them... Torres though...tougher one. I could forgive wanting to move as he thought the club was on a slide, but the rubbish about Chelsea, and glad that he'd joined a world class club ...no...

Owen's move to Real Madrid bothered me more than him going to Utd, not by much, but definitely more. Not that fact that he went to Real either, they are hardly a rival of ours, but the fact he ran down his contract and then said he left to win trophies.

Yes, I'd forgotten that. He was past his best even then, he used to take ages after being injured before getting his form back.
