Personally I'm really hoping Ings gets a run out this season, I think he may well be a diamond in the rough.

Me too! I've been looking forward to seeing him play for us for two seasons now!

That means we are down on squad depth on what you have previously called a "wafer thin squad"?
I'm not agreeing with it.

Exactly. Who on earth is suggesting he would only be giving 80% this season?! This is a non story. Probably the most talked about non story this Summer...
It is not really a none story, why do you think more often than not when a player says he wants to go a club will shift them on -

I am not saying he will or he wont - its just a possibility that is all - i did not say he would give 80% but there is always that worry that in his eyes his 'dream' move, which lets be honest it would be could go...

Loan him to Huddersfield. Get him fit. He's barely played in two seasons. Even if he comes back in January.

When Klopp came in, I was looking forward to seeing Ings play in his system.

No thanks, I'd rather we trusted the world class team we have to have given him the right program to get him probably fitter than he has ever been.

Yes he will need match time to get fully up to speed, but I would rather do that at us rather than loan him out for the season.

Well we'll see if he gets enough pitch time.

But Coutinho hasn't said he wants to go - or anything at all about this. Some in here are already commenting as if he's as good as gone.

Barca have come out and said they want Coutinho if Neymar leaves. He's on record as saying he recognises what Klopp is doing and how much his own game is improving under Klopp. He's also said his family and himself love it in Liverpool and are very settled. He also signed a new contract with no buyout clause in January. I don't doubt that at some point he will want to prove himself elsewhere but from what he's said, he thinks he can win things here and wants to be a part of it.

Klopp has said he's not going anywhere. I don't think Klopp would put up with the club selling a key player against his wishes. Unless Coutinho comes out and does a VvD (which he is clearly not doing) or even a Suarez, I can't see that changing.
