It's just a get out for some of these players. Why didn't he mention all this bks weeks ago when we had time to get a replacement?

Walker's probably been on the phone telling him there's gold up North.

When he was takes a pay cut to join Celtic, I'll believe that it's his primary motivation.

I really hope we dig our heels in & let him stew till the winter window at least.

Regardless if he's right or wrong , he's overstepped the line & he cannot be forgiven.

There will be not one real Spurs fan that will ever forgive him for this .

With all the dogs abuse Sol Campbell gets & he goes & does this . He really has been badly advised here, there will be no return for him,

He wanst to win things he says, go & sign for Celtic & earn half of what you earn now. Ungrateful tt .
I'd disagree with that. I am a real Spurs fan but I'm not fussed by what was said, i can see the context and although I haven't heard the interview I understand the points being made. He probably is a bit thick but if it is a tactic to get a move then the club should do a Grange Hill and just say no.

Never liked the abuse Sol got. Always left me feeling very embarrassed, and I'd hope we are better than that to be honest. I'd like us to keep Rose and support the club whether he is playing or not. Personally, I think we are stronger with him playing and that's the important thing.

He hasn't said he wants to leave so keep him.

He's injured so by the time the transfer window shuts he will have had time to get his head straight and play for for World Cup place.

We can sell him in January if that suits us.

Can't help feeling that Rose has stabbed this club in the back just at the most inopportune time - this feels calculated.

Truth is, we don't pay enough. Or rather, others pay too much and we refuse to compete. This can only go one way and it will be massive unrest in the dressing room and the eventual loss of players.

If there is any truth to the Sun story at all then I fear the dressing room has been lost already.

I agree, which is why I think there has been more that has gone on behind the scenes before this.

I'm hoping there's a Spurs mutiny simply to deflect attention from Chelsea who will probably have their own mutiny any time soon.

He has completely stabbed in the club and the manager in the back. I don't agree with that though Jammy, he would have said in the interview otherwise, he said everything else.

I don't believe todays article in the sun, papers a rag, they are just trying to milk their exclusive.

Poch is due a press conference this morning isn't he? could be interesting...

If the Sun are saying there is a mutiny in the dressing room (just 8 hours before the season kicks off) and it turns out there isn't then their reporters need to be banned from New WHL next season (not sure they can do it at wembley). That headline is designed to unsettle the club and tens of thousands of people have paid for season tickets!

fking rag.

Is it? Why shouldn't Rose get paid at Tottenham a similar amount to what he would get paid elsewhere?

The only thing I see that he's done wrong is to agree to a contract that he clearly isn't happy with.
