True but you can't balance things out that way or predict what will happen. What is proven is that being in too many competitions can effect a teams performance. What if being out of this means we get to go further in the CL or the FA cup? What if playing in this means we end up 5th in the league rather than challenging for the title?

By all means still go for it but we have enough second pick squad members to have a decent go at it without impacting the more important games IMO.

Obviously you should always prioritise the league, but you should be capable of fighting on 2-3 fronts every season.

If I was Poch I'd be making sure of top four, getting out of the CL group, but beyond that going all out for either the League Cup or the FA Cup.

I think we are still short 2-3 players from the squad to give it a proper go in all competitions. An injury here or there and we still get in trouble so we need to prioritise, the league cup should be at the bottom of that list.

Not quite, weve said we wouldn't swap him for any other goalie in the league and the last week has shown why.

DDG is a good goalie maybe even better but he wouldn't suit our game like Lloris does. Courtois? do me a favour

I think most years I would whole heartedly agree but this year all i want is to finish in the top three & whatever cost.

I just want to hear that music with us all in White walking out in the new stadium.

Google is getting way too smart! Still doesn't work for me - I assumed it might be due to the Norwegian version, but if Jammy can't get it then I presume it has a "calm down" filter!
