Really disappointed after our performance yesterday,

We've had a tough run of games as of late & maybe things have caught up with us.

Kane & Alli looked completely out of sorts.

Erik Lamela started for the reserves against Chelsea yesterday, can only be good news surely.

Good about Lamela. Wouldn't surprise me if Kane is left at home for the German trip.

Early in the game you could see Kane wasn't his usually lively self and I posted as much at the time. Didn't understand why he was on the pitch but then I suspect he was there for the leadership quality he brings to the youngsters.

I'm thinking that Salah up in the rainy north west will fancy a change to a more balmy southern climate around about now and will likely be feeling the urge to get away to a big city. That's what usually happens once you've done the 'tourist tour' and come to realise that in reality it's just a return ticket to the Cavern Club.

To be Fair, I spent new year in (on?) The Wirral. That's liverpooley, isn't it? It was OK. Windswept, desolate, godforsaken. But, OK.

Maybe, Salah's happy with 'OK'?

Only one that looked like they put a shift in was Sanchez, the rest were not at the level you have to be when you play Arsenal.

Not so sure, he must have played in some Baltic conditions in Switzerland. I

I've always been a Salah fan from the first time he tore us apart when he was with Basle.

He's looking like a real bargain right now & the kind of player that we really could do with.

I think our Stadium could well tempt a few players when it's finished.

He's joined a club that consistently fails to finish above Spurs who themselves don't win anything. I'd say he's living the dream with 'OK'.

He's going to be one of the worlds best in a few years time, The tackle on Sanchez that lead to the first goal was a good clean decent tackle .

Mike Dean saw it differently & i guess that's just the way it goes sometimes.

Did he score their consolation goal against us ? seems ages ago now.

Yeah those nice black folding seats would probably compensate the 50k a week you won’t pay. I really don’t think finishing above or below one another counts for zip if you don’t win anything.

Foreign players will regard Liverpool as the bigger club but if you pay the same London will have a stronger draw than the damp NW

Not worth quoting yourself, IMO.

Do you honestly believe that?

Oh, for all the laughing a few weeks ago it seems Salah may well be a better striker, wink
Seems that way. I mean, Salah is a winger, but a better striker than Kane.

Salah has only got another month or so in the Prem, you'll miss him.

He's the bestest in the whole wide world. Except for clyne obv.

The window lickers are out this weekend it seems.

Thankfully, when the shoe is on the other foot us spurs fans carry ourselves with a little more dignity.

Liverpool may be the bigger club but Tottenham are the bigger draw.

Which must really hurt.
