Again utterly irrelevant if the defender doesn't stick his leg out. Every pro player who has commented has said it's a penalty. Including Steven Gerrard during the match. Who is this better attacking midfielder you are thinking of?

Gerrard loved a dive and talks tosh. His opinion is worthless as he's biased. They are all only backing up Ali as he's English, they rarely dig out one of their own.

Explain the difference between this and the Lanzini one?

Wales aren't in it. Good luck to England, hopefully you'll be able to do a Wales and make the Semi finals of an international tournament. It's been a while and you needed home advantage when you last managed it.
