we can argue about the exact numbers, and of course Spuds will have inflated ideas on their own players - but most of your players will will have gone up between none and double due to good performances and extra TV money

I honestly don't think there is anyone in world football that can improve the starting 11 that are affordable in wages under the current wage structure.

I do think that again this season we will see current players get improved contracts but not to the levels of the 5 big spenders.

I think we could do with adding a fast midfield attacker or winger to give us another attacking option when teams park the bus. Apart from that I wouldn't really change the first 11 either. We could do with strengthening our subs bench a bit though. If\when we get hit by injuries we don't have strong enough replacements for our first 11 in some positions.

Also let's hope we get to keep all our star players. We don't exactly pay top wages and my biggest fear is that a few will be tempted by the money.
