Southampton fans who watch week in week out say exactly the same, so I am asking on what basis does Smarty not rate him and what games was he poor in and what did he do wrong? im genuinely interested

it's no secret that Jose is a big admirer & he's still only young.
I'd say that list is pretty much spot on.
Sorry again as a Tottenham fan that's hogwash. No way Kane and Alli are worth £150m, maybe in another year or two they'll break the £100m barrier but IMO at the moment they are £80m-£90m players as they are unproven at the very top Champions League or international stage.
There are half a dozen players in that list that are currently worth more. This has nothing to do with talent and everything to do with the fact that those players have delivered year on year at the very top level.
