Spent most of the second-half waiting for us to concede, well played by the lads all round. I thought Hazard and Giroud were exceptional. Nice way for AC to bow out, expecting announcement Monday...

If it's a penalty then Jones has to go !! Last man goal scoring opportunity etc. !!
wrong - no double jeopardy (ie penalty and red) if genuine attempt to tackle
Correct. Would only be a pen if he pulled him back, or deliberately tripped him without trying to win the ball, or handled it on the line.

Well, didn't see a victory to finish the season coming biggrin Loved to hear Maureen trying to be gracious in defeat, "we were the best team, de Gea only touched the ball once to pick the ball out of the net (he must not have been watching when he saved from Marcos).
Doesn't mask over the rest of the ste season but beating utd is always cause for celebration smile especially when they walk away with three reminders of being losers !

RA having some Visa related issues.

Could be nothing but unusual for the BBC to report unless something afoot?

You lot need to push for a thread title update now, and get the Arsenal one put back to normal. No likes has-been show offs. hehe

Maybe they could add a sort selection for the threads, like a retail site, such as sort trophies by

- most popular

or in City's case

- highest price first

Yes, been following this since it broke. Looks like the govt may use him to make a point to Putin.

This may well be a small administrative matter, but I would not have thought the BBC would cover it unless something bigger at play.

If RA is struggling to get into the UK, where does this leave Chelsea this window. Does it have any impact at all?

The club is debt free, owes RA nothing, and for the last few years has been run like a normal business, and not as a rich man's plaything.

Not sure about the financing of the stadium rebuild, but I'd be happy to see that plan dropped anyway. The proposed new stadium looks rubbish compared to what Spuds are doing,

If they can't sort out Roman's Visa I've told them they can use my Mastercard.

I think the issue is down to suspected fraud on his card. It would seem somebody put a purchase through for £15m for Ross Barkley and as a consequence the card was stopped wink
