Weve had much worse on the Liverpool forum with n9 sniff of a ban so who knows what's going on there.

Did you ever see Chris Sutton.... remember his first game clean through & he fell on his arse when he went to shoot. Higuaín has already scored more than him.

For some reason Chelsea don't do average when it comes to forwards they are either hit (Drogba, Dixon, Hasselbaink, Costa) or dire.

I'll be honest watching Higuaín play it's how I imagine I'd perform. No pace, seeming inability to control or pass the ball, inability to stay onside.

I am also banned from the Spurs thread for for calling Bate borislov of the Belarusian football league the "batty boys" when the Spurs looked like they were going to have to play Thursday night football after their woeful stat to the Champions league openers.

It is what it is but a reply from info@pistonheads would have been appreciated as i haven't abused or been rude to anyone or spoken out of line.

I read one page of the dozen's of Brexit pages & think WTF !

Think one of the football Twitter accounts (Joe, Sport Bible or similar) tweeted out "Who is the worst Chelsea forward ever?" last night.

Closely followed by Michy Batshuayi replying "Just checking in to see if I'm mentioned!".....

Fair play to him, doesn't take himself too seriously. Not a bad player either....but maybe Chelsea need better.

Bit of an iffy performance yesterday. Yes, we did get better in the 2nd half but I think they may have been Utd running out of steam a bit from their energetic 1st half. Was a frustrating game, we got in good positions but lack of quality in the final 3rd.

Martin Atkinson is a terrible ref. Rojo (straight red), Dave (two yellows) Herrera (two yellows), Matic (straight red) should have all gone imo......

I think Atkinson is pretty good on the whole. Rojo was a red but it didn't look that bad in normal time. With the benefit of slo mo from the correct angle, it's a red. The ref doesn't have that. Herrera and Dave were both lucky to stay on, but the Matic one was only a yellow imho.

I'd agree on Matic perhaps, but seeing the Troy Deeney one the other week, the Matic one was worse. Also, the linesman was right by the Rojo incident and he still missed it.

As per above re No 9's. The only decent forward we had recently was Drogba. (I'm not counting Frank as a forward even tho he scored a shedload of goals). Why oh why cant we fork out a stload load of dosh and buy one.

Bailly's 2 footer on Alonso hasn't even been mentioned and Atkinson was looking right at it. Yes he got the ball first but in no control whatsoever.

On the no.9's - Diego was good & Crespo too. Shame the latter never properly settled due to personal reasons but he always gave his all and had a decent return. I liked Ba but he never got a decent crack at it, Remy was also an OK rotation when not injured!

Kezman, Sheva, Di Santo etc though....maybe let Sheva off for THAT goal against Spurs!

Bit of an enigma. I’ve never thought he was top drawer, but he just has a sullen look about him that he lets infiltrate his mindset in a game. If he scored a belter in the first five mins it’d be a different game from him, but not (m)any games are like that.
