Just a reminder that if you aren't going to the Villa game on Wednesday the game is being shown live on Amazon Prime.

Another game we should have won by 5 goals, and are left clinging on at the end. Ffs...not doing the old ticker any good.

No but much improved compared to Saturday, Tammy made a big difference as expected. His strength and lay off to Mason for the second goal was superb. Something Morata would never have been capable of!

Yep. A game we should have won more comfortably than we did. We just need to be more ruthless in front of goal - hopefully that will come.

Really pleased with the way we played though and what a goal from Mount. Great move between Willian, Tammy and Mount.

Transfer ban lifted.

I really hope we don’t go back on all the good work Frank has been doing to bring in youth from the academy system. We need cover for Abraham for sure.

We do need a bit of strengthening though.

I think Pedro, Alonso and Giroud will be out of the door for sure.

Jayden Sancho is being linked with us.

I think it's been proven to some degree that moneyball isn't always the best way to go - not least by us this season. We definitely need cover in some areas, perhaps strengthening at CB, but I hope it doesn't mean a wholesale change in philosophy (you'd hope not, given the start we've made).

WTF was that all about? Good spell midway through 1sy half, but if you start like that against a team with new manager bounce, you're going to be chasing the game. No cutting edge in final third. Kepa's pass straight to them which led to the third - hello? Goalie? FFS. Bereft of ideas and confidence as the game wore on. Fair play to Everton, they were up and at it all game long, but we need to be better than that.

st team who've been st all year suddenly decide to play like world beaters. I would have put money on it. And they're acting like they've won the Champions League on 5 Live.

Again, not ruthless enough up front when we had chances and dominating the game. Two goals at the start of each half killed us really and just as we were gaining a bit of momentum Kepa fks up. When he had the ball, I was thinking, just give the easy ball to Christensen. Then some weird reason he tried playing it to Zouma who wasn't really looking.

Also have to say, Everton beat us for physicality and effort today - that was why they won.

Kovacic was immense though, the only player to really perform well today. Too many players had an off day again.

We need to find that consistency of churning out results. We played well against Villa and it could have been about 5-1. Then we get that poor performance yesterday.

Sometimes it's going to be better to just put your foot through the ball & put it in the other half. Ok you surrender possession, but I'd rather do that in the other half than on the edge of my own box.

Kepa was good last season but he seems to be poorer this term. At 2-1 I was thinking there was a chance we could have got something out of the game. Then he decides to play it to Zouma, who wasn't even looking and even then he misplaced his pass.
