I'm gutted, one of, if not the best Ajax player of the past 3 years, going to a club that thanks to stolen money fom the Russian people and EPL TV right money pretends to be a big club. A club that sts on FFP rules.

He's a great player.

Should've been picked up a couple of years ago by a top 3 leaque club, Thanks to his stubbornness (for not playing for a lesser qaulity team, despite the money) and Ajax paying him 5m a year, he decided to extend his contract. The reason, no doubt why the transfer fee results in "only" 45m.

I think he's a great fit for the very talented, current Chelsea team. Although his physique isn't impressive, his stamina realy suits the EPL.
