We will need a replacement for Alonso in the window. Absolute shambles last night when you look at the last goal.

Told you.

Bad day from both teams, we just can't take any chances and then go back into our shell.

At least you avoided Man City, you can easily beat Utd if you play well.
Just like they easily beat United the last 3 times

That was dreadful last night. Willian & Pulisic were the only 2 who seemed interested.

"If they play well..."

"on their day..."

Both really mean that 9 times out of 10 the team in question will lose, but might occasionally fluke a win hehe

Still think we'll beat Utd mind, but that might be blind optimism as much as anything else

Think you'd beat United more than once if you played them 10 times. They're playing well at the minute but no reason you can't beat them.

Your defence isn't good enough and United will capitalise on it.

Not too bothered to be honest mate, even if it's just Europa I look forward to Lazio or a seedy European country and getting stabbed in the arsebeer

We'll end up 7th with the way we're going though.

They might, in the same way that City might have done

Been thinking about the WH debacle a bit more; just to add a bit of perspective, we've got the best form of the top 4 and MU have only done one more point than us in the last 5 games. As it goes, Wolves have the best form in the top 10. Our next few fixtures look eminently winnable: Watford H, Palace A, Sheff U A - yes that could be tough - Norwich H. Sadly, the same could be said for MU....

I'm sure supporting this fking club will curtail my life by several years/decades. Up against, let's face it, a team of inferior players (Zaha aside perhaps). Cruising at 0-2, lose control of the game, 1-2 and under the cosh. Then 1-3 and cruising, concede from the restart, and hang on to 3 points by the skin of our teeth, ball hits the post in a desparate scramble, and a lifesaving last gasp tackle from Zouma.

My heart's going to give out one day watching this lot, you mark my words.

Agreed, usually someone switching off that undoes it. Cruising and our keeper is too short and just crap, great strike from Zaha but any decent keeper pushes it over. I expect we'll go for Onana but wouldn't mind a Schmeichel or Foster. I know the trend is a keeper good with their feet but someone who does the basics right and gives the back 4 some confidence like those 2 at least please. Need a defensive coach in as well...minimum!

'twas always the way.... until Mourhino the 1st came along & we became a machine...… awesome tackle from Zouma though.

Kepa isn't short though..... he's 6' 1" (though that may be a little short for a keeper these days) for some reason though he never seems to get off of the ground or it's positioning that means he can't get there. We certainly need a defensive coach though we have a habit of making teams like Palace look like Barcelona in the attacking phase.

It's 2020. 6'1 is ludicrous, it's basically Warwick Davis as far as goalies are concerned.
