Why does Werner keep getting shoved out wide? He always seems to do pretty well in the middle whenever I've seen him (not loads but enough).

Thoughts on Chilwell after almost half a season?

You are completely right, as I've said before, Timo is a speed merchant who plays best on the last man down the middle. You wouldn't play Vardy left or right midfield and City wouldn't have Aguarooooo out on the wing ! Trouble is Frank seems to be trying to keep three strikers happy and it's not working.

Not seen too much of Chilwell so far to say either way but I don't think his strengths of attacking and crossing has been used enough yet. He can't be any worse at defending than Marcos though !!

A loss tomorrow and I reckon it could be curtains.

All of the footie between now and Wednesday is on Amazon Prime. I'll watch the Chelsea game against my better judgement as I'm pretty sure that it will spoil my evening frown

Might be worth Frank recording his post match "we weren't good enough and can't afford to make those kind of mistakes" interview before the match so he can shoot straight off afterwards

Is Fat Frank on the brink? Is he teetering? On the edge.
Could be close between him and Arteta for next management casualty.

Post up a selfie and your own BMI so we can see whether you're a hypocrite or not.

You tease. Anyway, you should be more concerned with your manager's job, than my Adonis-like figure.

Bit rich from a Utd fan. Ole couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag.

You will find that Ole and Utd are very much on an upward trajectory. A destructive, away-form driven, upward trajectory.
I shall ignore your Ole slur, with dignified contempt.

Pretty dire so far. Seem to have no plan in particular and players seem to not know what the others are doing. Hate to say it but if this is a loss, Frank is out.

Jesus. This is a long way from vintage Chelsea.

Niggling so they can hang onto a draw at home with a recently-promoted team.

How long is Frank going to carry on trading on his name?

Poor again, Kante isn't the player he was. He should have picked up El Ghazi as he saw it all the way and not the first time Christensen has cost us staying down. I did think the ref could have stopped it and typical that incident was Grealish trying to buy another free kick, so much as breathe on him or his teammates and they go down. Hopefully city gets called off and we get a break.

Disappointing only getting a point but our best performance for a while I thought. No where near as good as we were playing but better than we played v Everton, Wolves, West Ham & Arsenal.

Frank really laying it on thick about the volume of games. By contrast, the Villa coach came across much better.

Called off tonight, so maybe we'll get some time to regroup because they'll tear us a new one currently. Plenty time left, a dip in form is normal, just need to get back to where we were....

Hardly. It’s an observation not a statement of desire. I don’t think Abramovich hasn’t shown much patience with managers in the past. The results have been poor but more worryingly the performances have been dire. The players don’t seem to know what they’re doing. As a result I think his position is in grave danger. FWIW I’d rather he stay but he needs help with coaching and tactics.
