Finally. We should be hammering these guys really though, not huffing and puffing for over an hour to break them down.

On a plus side don't you just love watching Billy Gilmour improve? I think he looks a real talent, very composed, lovely touch and has the most drive of any of our center mids. I think we should be seeing him more in league games with the aim next season to have him as a regular starter.

Very poor all round. Very lucky to get thru that and still be in the cup.

Yes, he's good now but I think as he gets more experience he will get even better. I don't think it works with both him and Kante in there so when the time is right we should let N'golo leave ( hopefully still cashing in as he is still a great player). That will leave Gilmore to make the position his. His attitude is spot on too, just wish some of the others had the same instead of sulking like CHO does a lot.

Hopefully we don't perform like last night too often or TT won't last long ! (just glad we escaped with a win and move on - looked like a banana skin waiting to be stepped on for most of the game).

Don't worry, TT is safe for now. The fact that we played Kepa means that we're not taking the FA cup particularly seriously this season.

Andy Carroll on the bench as well. Mendy who is taller and actually commands his area...ridiculous. Door is open for top 4 and Kepa starts?! Can only be the board are picking the players as the useless prick shouldn't even be on our bench.

Seems like a Marina decision all over, absolutely no reason for Mendy to be dropped.

Yep, one of Tuchel's set objectives must be to get Kepa's value up a bit.

I fear that this could not go as planned

Whatever we get for him will be less than what Champions League qualification is worth. Mind boggling.

Christensen in defence as well, plus given that Newcastle are never more than 5 minutes away from their next disaster, who knows what will happen tonight.

I personally don’t think it was, it was a solid but strong challenge and he definitely got the ball first.

Looks like Timo has had a great half. Let's hope he bangs in a few more.

Didn't look like he got the ball but in slow motion it looks like he got there.
