Looks like a top 4 finish might be out of the question and Conte will be off.
Can't see how a top four finish is out of the question, it's only a dip.

But reports are Conte will be off regardless.

If Hazard & Morata get back on form we should ok, just. Next few prem games give us Brighton (a), Bournemouth(h), Watford (a), West Brom (h), before Manu away end of Feb. Spurs have Manu, Liverpool & Arsenal whilst 'pool have City & Spurs. So some dropped points from our chasers there I'd imagine, and we have a cushion (currently!). If we've dropped back to the pack come March then we're in trouble for 4th. Either way, it's hard to imagine Conte being there for 2018/19 season.....

Police have said they can find no sign of fraud in the Ross Barkley transfer.

Personally I'd like to reserve judgement on this till I've seen him play a few games.

Exactly, not like police haven't got enough to do up there.

As funny as this is but what the hell is the point of VAR?

Can players demand VAR? If so it’s even more bks than I thought it was. Even if they can’t we’re a couple of games in and already every player is jumping up making the TV symbol with their hands. Ridiculous.

It was a penalty btw

Can we claim our place in history as the recipients of the first ever shocking VAR decision?

John Terry has already picked up the trophy. In full kit obviously.

About time. Makes me laugh when players' legs buckle for no reason ...

I didn't think it was shocking. I thought Willian jumped over the Norwich defender and made sure his trailing foot clipped the defender's shin, thus "validating" his claim for a penalty. For me it was a dive but that goes to show how difficult it is...

3 bookings for diving? That has to be a record surely.

But what's the point of var if we're still debating it. Sack the lot at Heathrow and save the money and let's just debate the onfield ref.

I always collapse in a heap if someone briefly touches my shoulder. Doesn't everyone?

Fair comment...
