I dont know st like this but just had a look at Arsenal company accounts on company check
They had 80m in cash in Arsenal FC and 180m in cash in Arsenal Holdings, Manchester United had 278m in cash - we have 8m - why the hell is our so low in comparison???

I can't tell you more without seeing the accounts in detail but cash balance means not a great deal - arbitrary decision as to how owners wish to finance the club and their dividend policy - cash can flow in and out of the balance sheet at the owners whim to an extent. They had 80m in cash in Arsenal FC and 180m in cash in Arsenal Holdings, Manchester United had 278m in cash - we have 8m - why the hell is our so low in comparison???

Better to look at the P&L and how revenues and costs are trending.
For example an American owner with lots of cash sitting in a UK subsidiary, might want to repatriate profits back to US (withdraw cash) due to the recetn Trump tax reform
I'll find a link and then edit.
ETA: Here's a link that goes into detail on Chelsea's results, but on many of the charts/tables you'll see the comparison to all clubs in the league.

fking Hell Liverpool comfortably at the top of the team rotation league:
Wonder if it is due to the small injuries that we often seem to get (due to the running pressing game) or if Klopp is deliberately rotating this year to avoid the January effect we suffered last year?

Roberto Firmino has the best goal conversion rate of all strikers in the Premier League with 27.8%. Gabriel Jesus is his closest competitor with 25.8%.
So the best goal conversion is just slightly better than "give me 4 chances, I'll get a goal". I wonder how that compares around the world. Doesn't sound particularly lethal.Flip Martian said:

Well its the best in the prem - so is that not an indication its pretty good? I think Ronaldo is at 5% this year

That sounds pretty awful...he needs 20 chances to score 1 goal?! I think Ronaldo is at 5% this year

I just think 1 goal from every 4 chances isn't that lethal - statistically you could see a defender thinking "he has a 1 in 4 chance of scoring here". Obviously its not quite like that but it doesn't sound all that.
