He plays the piano too biggrin

Great signing for us, not often you get a world class player in January AND is eligible to play in the champions league!

If a little OTT. biggrin

Speaking about his transfer, Alexis Sanchez said: “I am thrilled to be joining the biggest club in the world. I have spent three-and-a-half wonderful years at Arsenal and I bring with me very positive memories of that great club and its fans. The chance to play in this historic stadium and to work with Jose Mourinho was something I could not turn down. I am very proud to be the first Chilean player ever to play for United’s first team and I hope I can show our fans all around the world why the club wanted to bring me here."

Excellent news, will make a big difference for us. I'm intrigued to see how Jose fits him into the team. Nifty on the pianoforte too, which will come in handy in the dressing room no doubt. Can just see the sing songs with Pogba and Lingardinho at half time.

As an Arsenal fan, I'd be happy with this.

Some might say, Jose will play him as a holding midfielder...

The obvious spot is Lingards place which would be a real shame given his form, likewise playing him wide instead of Martial who's finding himself a few goals at the moment

Nice problem to have I guess!

This for me

Front 3 would surely be Martial, Lingard, Sanchez

I could see Sanchez and Lingard swapping throughout

No way is Lingard getting dropped. Mata will be the one to lose out.

Good player to have around in terms of Martial, Rashford and Lingard learning a thing or two.

Agreed. Mata misses out because of his lack of pace. Jesse can go 10 or right, Sanchez 10 or left, Martial amd Rashford can now develop without pressure and Lukaku can beast it through the middle.

Sweet.

And should it be necessary Mata can and guile from the bench.

Thats some attacking line up we have there now! Just one more central midfielder to free Pogba up and we're good to go. Vidal could be the man in summer...good friends with Sanchez too wink

Yeah Mata for me. Power and pace is where Jose is going, sadly that means Mata makes way. Tidy footballer but ultimately lightweight and not influential in enough games creatively.

Martial, Sánchez and Lukaku as a front 3. Wow...

By the way not seen any real credit on here for the big man’s delivery to Tony M for the opening game. Have to say Lukaku’s right on top of his Assist game. thumbup

I think Mata will still do a job for us, tbh I'd pay him just to be around, such a lovely fella

Was on Sky or Motd they highlighted that Lukaku overall game is improving and his hold up play is getting better.
