Pogba is not a finished article but he’s 24 I’m not clear on which 24 year olds boss the midfield anywhere .
He’s one of the handful of players in the league I’d pay to watch play ,a couple of poor games does not make him a bad player and we look significantly worse when he doesn’t play .I agree with the consensus he cannot play in a 2 .
I agree. I was not Pogba's biggest fan at all but I saw him playing for his international side and he looked very classy. He's getting better and, as you said, the odd game where he goes missing is to be expectedHe’s one of the handful of players in the league I’d pay to watch play ,a couple of poor games does not make him a bad player and we look significantly worse when he doesn’t play .I agree with the consensus he cannot play in a 2 .

Why? Because all the spurs fans went back to their own thread? Haha. Someone posted same comment on liverpool thread, about the lack of spurs fans cross posting lol
Because at that time you thought you were seeing Spurs in the midst of a massive away defeat and thought you'd get in there early with the funny comment. Edited by 200Plus Club on Tuesday 13th February 21:46
I find it hilarious coming quite late to this party on PH that spurs fans in particular see their team as the "second coming" and feel the need to spend half their lives on the man Utd and Liverpool fan threads lol. Then come match day it's like ghost town. It was even noted on the pool thread last night.
It appears so far that fans of the actual best team in the league (Man city) prefer to do it differently. If spurs had actually won something or done something impressive I could understand it perhaps. Not quite sure why.

Well, I think coming back from 2-0 down, away to one of the best teams in Europe is pretty worthy of note. Hopefully you can emulate that against multiple Europa winners Seville. It appears so far that fans of the actual best team in the league (Man city) prefer to do it differently. I would say it probably sticks in your craw to big up City but not coming from the city you don't have a full appreciation of the rivalry!

When you've won the European cup after beating juve on the way (like utd did ) by all means come visit again and you'll get a well done from me.
Also to add, hard as it will be, theres a very good chance city could win the league against utd or get a guard of honour. That will be difficult but they'll have earned it. Not quite sure spurs have actually done anything in the last decade or two to deserve any accolades, that's my point.

Says the Manchester United fan from South Yorkshire.
Plastic.
Plastic is quite an out dated term these days given global football following. It's not even worth debating as a comeback, bit pathetic tbh. I'm happy to say tho I was supporting Utd from the late 70s and attending with my dad, before the internet and "plastic " became a thing, but it doesn't matter in the slightest anymore where you are from or live, no one really cares. Plastic.

I guess 200Plus Club has volunteered to keep guard on this desolate corner of the internet to resist marauders. It's very quiet, apart from him intimating that he was there when United won the European Cup (not S. Yorkshire!).
I just find it puzzling how it's spurs fans generally who are the most busy on this thread and other clubs. I could understand perhaps if it was man city fans. I'm not expecting great things this season and I suspect neither are most Utd fans, probably explaining why it's so quiet. There's a good chance of an upset at the weekend given current form.

Just leave the WUM be, after all he lives in Plymouth and pretends not to be a Spuds fan. It’s quiet in here as we don't play til the weekend and our CL match is next week. Im not sure why you find strange that spurs fans weren't posting in a man utd thread while their team was in the middle of playing a game against Juve, surely it would be stranger if they did... Lets be honest, what happened here was you saw that spurs were 2 nil down and tried to be funny and amusing and start pointing and laughing, it just didn't work out like that and you've ended up looking a bit silly with egg on your face.
We are used to it, its happened to quite a few of your 'colleagues' too recently.
For clarity and the hard of reading no spurs fan has hailed their team as the second coming nor have they claimed to have won anything either.
The spurs threads are generally about how they dominate, play the best football , seemingly have the best attendance and typically it seems to be mostly trying to post wind ups on the man Utd thread. End of the day you are happy with an away draw, it was a good result but it's a long way from won and ultimately you've won sweet FA recently and I don't see anyone beating man city other than perhaps Barca.

PSG are probably the best team in Europe at the moment despite their crAp league but we’ll see tonight what level they are really at.Anyone (UTD fans) think that the cup team this weekend might be a trial of perhaps Sanchez plus Martial up front and rest Lukaku?
He's generally playing alternates in the cup comps, and rightly so, but with recent form plus Huddersfield having a surge back last week am wondering if he'll play safe? Certainly time for Shaw back at LB he deserves a run.
