I’m stuck.

I said CB as a place to buy other day and most said you were fine there?
We’re not.

But we’re even worse off, or at least as bad down the right side.

Looks like a quality CG will be coming in this window.

Still would want to see some more defensive options, especially if we can move a few more on.

HM would be a great addition. Papers are having Rojo off to make way. I,think I'm out there with Anniesdad in being gutted about that. The left side of a back three he'd be a bit of spite and he has a left foot. I've just always liked Rojo but accept I'm in the minority.

Maguire and Willian appear to be increasingly possible but that's a bit of wishful thinking as well. If no one comes in I'd hope no big names leave. I'd drive Darmian back to Italy.

Scandalous decision to close the window before the rest of Europe. Hugely short sighted and leaves every team subject to an unprecedented and disruptive few weeks of speculation.

Ridiculous that Jones/Smalling may stay while Rojo goes.

Although it may only be because Rojo has some value rather than the 4p and a bag of Quavers that the other 2 are worth, combined.

Rojo is probably the worst of those 3, objectively. He’s terrible on the ball, extremely rash and average in the air.

Pretty much the second or 3rd team out tonight. Is it even worth having these friendlies given the main players for all the big teams are recovering from the world cup?

Woeful. Herrera has been total st. We’re still a bunch of individuals with no real system. Something has to change.

Long ball hoof.

Which team are you on about? This isn't the Utd team, it's a gang of youth mixed up with the odd first teamer who is available. These guys never play together how can they have a system?

The same can be said of the scousers. They are playing like their first team. Press and attack. We are playing like ours, defensive, long ball and st. Only AP Has has been good enough.

If this was the first team I'd be worried.
We don't get most of the regulars back till later this week. It's a friendly between 2nd or 3rd string teams .
