Posters suggesting Poch as a replacement, you do realise he's won fk all as everyone seems to bang on about.

Zidane will just be waiting for the phone to ring.

I dunno if Poch would switch. United's whole structure seems to be in disarray.

Maybe it's time for the Glazers to get the really big scythe out?

He’s made them money, but he’s generally been awful in the transfer market. I wouldn’t disagree with you. We need some big changes.

Time for both to go unfortunately.
I think you’re right.

We’ve been so unbelievably unlucky / incompetent with managers. Moyes was simply dreadful. Mou is trying to outdo him.
To be fair it's just a bit of equilibrium being restored to the universe - you had decades of success just recently.

See Liverpool for details.

I think you saw United put the handcuffs on this summer in terms off who they purchased. Tried to avoid the standard Jose model of buying older established players and more focus on long term approach of youth and potential resale value.

Do you think they were fearful of a Mourinho third year meltdown so didn't want to spend funds supporting a manager that potentially wouldn't make it to the end of the season?

I think and quite rightly so they were sick of paying people 3-500k who are not in the best years of their career (Ibra, Sanchez) etc

All they have to do is look at our model, we now have the 2nd youngest 1st 11 (2nd by 1 day) we have an attack-minded manager who wants to play football the right way, the players ALL believe in what he is doing, there is not one ounce of bad press comes from the squad, every year we are improving and most importantly EVERY fan is united in his project.

It would be hard not to look at that and want to replicate it - by stopping Jose doing what he wanted, paying a st load on Willian and getting rid of a young exciting talent like Martial - by massively overpaying on an average CB in Maguire they have put Jose in a position he does not like but one no doubt they knew would happen - it won't be long till he has gone and someone comes in with a mindset similar to Klopp, Pep, Poch, Sarri etc

I am sure Utd would like to build as other clubs have - and have a manager with a similar style - but they were never going to get that with Maureen ... and they must have known that. He's just turned into a devisive character in his old age, who doesn't listen, I wonder whether that is why his sidekick left.

The club can change the personnel, the players, manager, coaching staff etc. Pity they have to keep the same fans! wink

I think this year was different and that’s given rise to a big chasm between Jose and Woodward/glazers. But he’s been pretty useless at transfers from the get go. Our model/personnel at the top needs to change.
