So the big two(Arsenal + Man City) are out the FA Cup now, at least it gives the smaller clubs a chance of winning some silverware this season.

I’d still take a top four finish over the FA cup.

As fans we need a pot. For the balance sheet, the club needs Champs league. It's the Arsenal conundrum.

We'll just have to win the CL this season, I'll settle for that.

Don’t get me wrong the cup would be a fantastic day & great to actually win something , been a while I know but this year we have had so many great nights already in the Champions league & it’s where we need to be ,

Watching the poor old goons play last Thursday really brought it home to me how much we need to stay in the top four,

Just read about it now laugh

Man City are like that club in your youth leagues who kick off when something doesn't go their way. Remember in 5 a side tournaments when you were a kid and because the very best teams had their players split up they'd often get dicked in a knock out game and all the parents and subs etc kick off big time. I remember us spanking a team from Hendon and the police ending up being called laugh Embarrassing behaviour from the champions elect, they should have a bit more class than that. Bad fans and bad staff if you were to judge them on last night.

Me either.

Last night has really opened it up.

Man u are bookies favorites, but i think Chelsea and spurs fans will fancy their chances I've a sneaking suspicion for Brighton too.

Either way id rather still be in it than trying to WUM from afar.

I switched off straight after the game so didnt see anything but listening to the radio this morning the reports seem to suggest it was the wigan fans kicking off, that not the case then?

Pep had a pop at their manager on the touchline and in the tunnel. Their fans ripped up advertising boardings. Aguero started on one of their fans. Wigan fans did pitch invade to be fair, but the term bad losers springs to mind.

Ah okay, i heard it on the radio as there was a squabble at half time between the manager which was broken up by Peter Reid (wtf?!) and that it was the wigan fans that stormed the pitch and goaded the city fans and Aguero was attacked by a supporter.

Must have inadvertently tuned it to city radio by mistake! laugh

There’s an element of truth in that. Disgraceful behaviour from some of our fans but Wigan stewards certainly didn’t do a good job of containing the excitement.
The Wigan fan who screamed at and goaded Sergio shouldn’t be surprised that he was a bit wound up by it.

Sounds like Spurs in the 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge when they 'nearly' won the league ;-)
