I can perhaps understand Spanish newspapers doing it but I really have no idea why the British press seem so keen on moving quality players out of the Premier league, surely that's to the detriment of the English league? It's a bloody joke!

A few years? Kane has only been decent for 3 years! The rumours started about a year ago. We've had to put up with it for Torres, Gerrard, Alonso, Masch, Suarez. You've had to put up with it for Bale, Modric and now Kane.
Jammy they have been going on a lot longer that that.

Masch, Modric, suarez and PC all started their own rumours as they wanted out. Torres and bale were gone in one window i dont remember two years of incessant rumors prior for either of them. Gerrard also was just that one summer and Chelsea iirc.

Everyday there's a new TV show, Newspaper Report, Phone in you name it about Harry Kane leaving Tottenham despite him never giving any inclination whatsoever that he wants to leave.

Im surprised the general public arent as tired of it as we all are.

Yes but day in day out? Put in Harry Kane transfer in Google on any given day and you can pretty much guarantee at least 3-4 stories on it, most within the last 24 hours. How many times can you keep selling the same BS before people are fed up with it?

All from the last day or so.

Do the same in a couple of days and you'll get half a dozen more. Pathetic!

I'm going to go with, after you stop bringing it up here every 24 hours wink

alternatively
i) when he is no longer top scorer
ii) when Spurs win something
iii) when Spurs pay him £150-200k/week

as its the combination of those factors that make a move seem most likely

I sympathize slightly though - PC was irritating and that had a semblance of truth

A complete long shot - but I just found out that I need to be in UK next week. What is the ticket situation? Anyone on here have spares?

I am (or possibly was) a One Hotspur Bronze member, so think tickets are on sale, but ideally I need two. I have a horrible feeling when I call Spurs Ticket line up, they are going to inform me my membership didn't auto renew, as my credit card has been replaced.

Any options other than touts outside the ground?
For the Juve game?....errr good luck!

There was a twitter feed someone mentioned earlier in the thread where fans sell unwanted tickets, that might be your best shot or possibly someone on here who has tickets and can't go?

In fact try to convince 48k to let you have his. We always win when he buys tickets and doesn't go. wink

Chances are he is on £150-£200k a week. It's well known that his basic salary is £110k a week, and this week it has been revealed that we have the biggest bonuses in the Premier League. It wouldn't take much in performance bonuses for him to add £50k a week to that.

He's not working right now i believe.

Could be here for the Arsenal job if Brendan doesn't get the nod.

Personally i think they should go after the football mastermind & oribe Sol Campbell it would be the perfect match i reckon.

This awful cold weather we are currently having is doing the Stadium build no help whatsoever .

My son has come in tonight saying how hard it is for the fellas working outside to do their work in the last couple of days.

If his goal bonus is like some I have seen he will be on proper fortunes now.

Kane is probably the only player I don't see moving anywhere in a hurry. Which as a spurs fan means he is off to Madrid any minute now.

The reason why nobody gets as much attention as Kane is because they aren't as "decent". Who cares what lesser players are doing?

It's not surprising the roof-lift got delayed, given the weather we've been having. Really hope this spell doesn't last too long and they can crack on and try and make up some lost time.
