Because you hear everything the Ref says, which keeps the crowd informed. In this game the Ref looks like he's taking a call on his bluetooth and no-one has a clue what's going on. It's a farce.

I live in Kent. Decided I hadn't seen enough snow, so heading over to the Forest of Dean for the weekend, just in time for the blizzards apparently.

Personally I think VAR is a great idea, executed extremely poorly. If the VAR was only being used for the big decisions AND they were making the right decisions quickly then everyone would be loving it.
