I’m less bothered by time-wasting than by cynical and dangerous fouls like the 3 almost identical stamps on the heel of the standing leg that I saw. Looks like it’s being trained into the Spurs players! Less dirty than usual but still 3 challenges that have no place in the game. (Plus one from Utd - that stupid lunge by Valencia.

As for not being able to do it clean, Spurs were comprehensively beaten. De Gea could have put his feet up.

BCM and one other were grown up enough to give credit where it’s due, but you and Guverntit are reminding my why I started to dislike Spurs - cry baby fans!
Just saying it how I saw it on the Spurs thread, I'm not wum'ing it on the Man Utd thread either so If you don't like what you read, don't come here as it's bound to be Spurs biased. Yes you won so credit where credits due but I'm just not a fan of the way Utd play now, especially when you compare it to the amazing way you used to play under Ferguson. I'll never be a fan of Mourinho, no matter how many big clubs he manages or how many trophies he wins as for me, he epitomizes a very negative way of playing football.

Also why the need for personal insults? I'm just expressing my opinion and haven't been insulting to anyone as willy waving from behind a keyboard is just not my style. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt so although my first impressions of you weren't favorable, I refrained from joining in with the insults that other posters where sending your way but now I have to say I agree with them, you are a first class tool.

Serious post, and not trolling. Do you think the service to Kane is because of him claiming the "Eriksen" goal? If others view him as putting himself above them they might not bother to help him as much in terms of service, and go alone instead. I have no idea though, not watched you lot much, so it might be tactics/ players used etc.
I'm not sure, I've thought about it and tbh it is something that I've considered. I may just be reading to much into it and be that he just isn't as sharp since the injury. It's also difficult to spot off the ball movement etc when watching it on screen but it does sometimes look like his teammates are little reluctant to pass to him. I spotted 3-4 or clear chances where they could have played the ball to him but chose not to, in a couple of instance they played the ball over him. Like I said maybe I'm reading too much into it but it just struck me as a little odd.

And you’re an Internet hard man. I’m impressed. I’m sure everyone else is, too.

Yes I will admit to occasionally being hard while browsing the internet but it's never been while I've been posting on the football forum, sorry to disappoint. wink

I can't see that or believe it either. He's a goal scorer in your team in a semi final that you desperately want to win. You'd pass the ball to him all day long.

Whatever the reason, he's definitely not been getting the service that he was previously. OK Against Utd he had two players marking him pretty comprehensively but it's happened in other games too.

I must admit I've not noticed that, I thought he just looked off the pace.

Agree completely. It's just a matter of time. Best let a little club like spurs offload him now and let the owner of Tottenham purchase another yacht to cruise around on rather than the fans begging to try holding onto him thinking, "we play in Wembley, we're now able to complete against large clubs".

Poor effort too. Like he'd sign for Chelsea if he was to leave Spurs!!

If you read the piece, it said "like Chelsea". Basically, a team that didn't bottle it. What was the phrase used..."folded like a cheap deckchair".

We'd be happy to sign up Kane. Would be a good bench warmer.

For a relative newcomer to the football forum you have an immediate issue with the Spuds don’t you?

Who do you support? Arsenal?
