. I don’t think he will ever be a starter at a big side. Utd have had dozens of his type of player over the years.

Son wouldn’t get anywhere near Utd’s starting line-up.
You referred to players who don't make the starting line up, that United have "had dozens of over the years". One example of that is Solskjaar, and I'm saying Son is the equivalent in our squad. Then you switch to argue that Son wouldn't make the starting line up, which I am not claiming, because the discussion point YOU started was about players who don't make the starting line up!

You have a woman's logic my Lord!

So, we build a stadium that can accommodate NFL and the owner of the franchise most likely to migrate to London offers to buy Wembley..........
It's a chess move Levy himself would be proud of. Win-win all round.
It's a valid point though - if you actually want to move then if the real football games get in the way of the pretend football games there is no point in moving. The Tottenham stadium just works for the occasional game. No way you could base a team there.

going back to the imaginary rift between Kane and the rest because of the dubious goal claim, Dele was streaming Fortnite on Twitch to 25k viewers tonight's with Kane and a couple of development squad guys, it's all good in the hood, they hang out outside work and were having a laugh.

They wouldn't have spent millions on that second pitch if it was just the odd game though.

Are you saying people watch people play video games?

How very strange.

I believe the important aspect is the removable pitch. That way events other than NFL can be held.

For instance, I'm sure Mickk that you'll be in attendance at NWHL for ABBA's forthcoming reunion tour.

NFL is just 8 home games (with potentially 3 playoff games) over 17/20 weeks. They play Thursday/Sunday/Monday and on a separate pitch.

I can't see there being any fixture issues.

Steady on Mick, you can't talk.

A little bird tells me that you had a real crush on the blonde one when you were younger, and still have a soft spot for them now....

What was the name.... ah yes, Bjorn. That was it!

NFL teams don't play many games though. And the NFL have invested £10million in the new White Hart Lane stadium. The whole eastern side of the stadium infrastructure is configured for American Football - dressing rooms, media rooms, coaches rooms etc. Plus all the developments at the training centre with the new accomodation. Both Levy and the head of the NFL have not ruled out the possibility of even playing a double header weekend with football on Saturday and an NFL game on a Sunday. The football pitch itself takes 25 minutes to retract, it seems to me quite feasible to reconfigure everything else and play such a double header in a weekend.

They would not have gone to all that time effort and expense just for occasional games. The initial contract with the NFL is for an average of 2 games a year for ten years and I expect that to grow particularly if the Jacksonville Jaguars owner buys Wembley. Two stadia in London will give the NFL a real presence.
