I want Liverpool to win, I really do. Like I've said before they are sort of my second team as my old man supports them, they have played some amazing, positive football this year and I really don't want Madrid to win yet another CL. However 5 minutes on here and I end up wishing they get tanked 5-0.
I just hope if you do win, you're lot accept it with a little grace and humility and not in the vein of your typical United fan.
I think we'll be humble for the most part. The bigger issue is likely to be the next 3+ years that any discussion on success or trophies will have '... and we won the CL in 2018!'. There might be less humility to those who said we weren't so good and had a squad of average players though! 😁I just hope if you do win, you're lot accept it with a little grace and humility and not in the vein of your typical United fan.

I hope they don't but I think they will, if they do win my friend will be unbearable for months.
If it helps then your friend is likely very worried that if we lose then you will be unbearable for months too, Ascayman said:
That’s good news for Spurs and West Ham this week. Spurs should continue to compete, West Ham wil surely improve too. The jury is out on Arsenal until we see what stuff Emery is made of and Chelsea have yet to show their hand.Should make for another exciting Premier League next season.

That is good news, not only because it should squash all the silly Poch is leaving rumours that have been flying around but because from the looks of the article, it seems he has the backing of Levy in what he wants to achieve. Let's hope we have a more successful transfer window come summer, our squad could definitely do with bolstering and we really have been pretty poor with our transfers the last couple of years.Guvernator said:

That's a few of your more relaxed now, And Poch perhaps a bit richer, and probably more money for signing players for you. A win-win all round!NRS said:

we always strive to be creative in the way we work both on and off the pitch and will continue to stick to our principles in order to achieve the success this Club deserves

I am surprised that selling Rose, Toby and Dembele seems to be a given though. They are all decent to very good players, you'd think we'd at least try to keep 1 or 2 of them.
Of the three we have genuinely missed Rose, survived without Toby (who is still a shadow of his former self) and enjoyed a hot & cold season from Dembele. My thoughts on him, fantastic though he can be, is cash in if we get a stupid bid.Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
